Watch TV on the Roku located in the main floor bedroom, which doubles as a TV room.

There will be space for you to hang your clothes up in all three closets, plus two dressers to store clothes as well.

Epsom salts and bubble bath will be in the top-floor bathroom for a relaxing bath.

Parking on Street only.

Guests will have access to the entire home, except for the basement. Feel free to use the washer/dryer and cook in the kitchen.

There is a covered deck out back with a grill and an outdoor sectional. Designated ash tray is located on the front porch at the bottom of the steps, to the right. Absolutely no smoking allowed INSIDE the home :)

If you don't want to hear from me, please abide by the quiet time rules + number of guests rule. Anything else you need (at all), just let me know and I'll be more than happy to accommodate you to the best of my ability!

Very nice

Great location and very cute and clean. We're senior citizens and could have used a hand rail for the stairs.

Beautiful House

We loved Rosie’s place as well as Rosie herself. The house is one of the cutest places we have ever stayed and her communication was excellent. You can tell that she truly cares about her guests and wants to provide an awesome stay. We would love to come again!

Beautiful property

Wonderfully restored home in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious bedrooms. We especially enjoyed the comfy living/seating room to sip and drink coffee in the morning. Clean & kitchen well stocked.

About the host

Hosted by Rosie

Host profile image
I'm a Montana native, with my dad's side of the family being from Butte! I love being a host in Butte because it holds a special place in my heart, and it's been amazing to share such a wonderful place with guests from all over the world.

Why they chose this property

I love the location of the home so much - amazing views, quiet street (street was also just redone in 2023), very friendly and kind neighbors, and close proximity to the following:

Excelsior Meats Market, gas stations, Sam's Place (best dive bar in Butte hands down), Montana Tech (10-15 minute walk on the walking path), Urban Walking Path, the Interstate, the Hospital, Uptown Butte, The "M" (6 separate walking trails here to choose from), the 3rd of July Fireworks show that takes place on top of The "M" every summer, the list goes on!

What makes this property unique

Character, Charm, and Energy. Built in 1907 by one of my ancestors, who also was responsible for the construction of the Hennessy Mansion in uptown Butte, but completely renovated in 2017, this property is truly one of a kind. The space is intentionally cleansed with local Sage between each check-in and check-out, and then thoroughly cleaned with organic, non-toxic cleaning products.
