Gary and Char were absolutely phenomenal hosts. They went above and beyond what would be expected of a host. From the second my husband and I walked in the front door it felt like home? EXTREMELY clean, very nicely decorated with breathaking views. The home is in walking distance to everything in the town. We chose not to rent a car and walk the whole town several times. You will not be disappointed if you book this house. We are already looking forward to going back and booking the same home.
Loved everything about the home. It was cozy, comfortable, and clean. Gary and Char are the best hosts. Communication was great. We really appreciate all the special touches they did to make their house a home.
Thank you!
We very much enjoyed our two night stay in Helper. Such care and personal touches by the owners. We really lived in for two days and enjoyed the home yard and neighborhood. Prepared dinner both nights in the excellent kitchen with bar stools and table for eating and chatting. We imbibed drinks and the stunning view of cliffs and sky each evening. And sunrise coffee before our trek to Range Creek with Carbon County rec. A bonus was the walk into Helper town for their summer Art Festival. Enchanting town with twinkling lights, pleasant temps, lovely folks and music. I hope we have an opportunity to return.
Gary and Char are wonderful hosts with great communication. Their property is located in a quaint, historic town near a shaded park and fun pool. It's a hop, skip away from Price. The home is clean, beautiful, and well stocked. 10/10
Gary’s place is perfect for a family in Helper. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Gary and his family were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
Very nice and sparkling clean. Enjoyed our short stay. Pet friendly with $25 fee. Short walk to downtown Helper.

We got there after a 10hr drive. We were exhausted mind you it was hot. Got into the house the ac was on and there was ice waiting for us in the freezer from the host. Was easy for us to settle in and have dinner. So thank you for the hospitality and the great communication.
This is a great place to stay. Recently to remodeled, and very well done. All the rooms feel big and roomy, even the bathrooms. The kitchen is large and functional. Great location, just a short walk or bike ride from historic downtown Helper, and right across the street from the city park, ball field and swimming pool. Fabulous mountain views. And Helper is a very fun place to visit - art galleries, a great museum and some good places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property there is a park across the street
Spotlessly clean, perfectly stocked, good value for money, kind and attentive hosts, well located for a short walk into town for dinner. As good as it gets for a vacation rental.
We've stayed in and around Helper a few times when we come visit my parents. This is now our favorite place to stay. Clean, well kept, convenient, and most importantly comfortable. This will be our go-to rental for all our future stays.
This is a "must stay" booking! The home is gorgeous and exceptionally clean. The home has wonderful natural light, is spacious, cozy and beyond comfortable.
The home is located at the base of a book cliff (I think this is the right description). The setting is spectacular, in and of itself! There a great private yard to experience the outdoors (or just drink your morning coffee in nature) and a park across the street (If you have kids or just want some additional walking areas).
The hosts were a pleasure to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. They were available for anything we needed and a pleasure to work with.
Helper is a small town, but there are so many nature based activities in the area and multiple national parks within a couple of hours in every direction. This is a great "central base" for those of any activity level.
Helper also has many art galleries so you get a variety of options when staying in this beautiful home.
We could have not asked for a more peaceful/beautiful booking, we got exactly what we were looking for and could have happily stayed for another week. It was so nice to get away from the chaos of the city.
We will definitely return to this home in the future, we are looking forward to it!
The property host's are amazing, great communication, beautiful property. Great location. Awesome town and very friendly community. Definitely a 10/10 in my book.
