A modern-freshly updated 2-bedroom apartment conveniently located in Shelburne. Right off the main road that takes you to the heart of Shelburne in a quick 5-minute drive, and a hop down to downtown Burlington in 10 minutes. We look forward to hosting you for your trip to beautiful Vermont!
There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and a pull out couch with a queen sleeper in the living room. A 3/4 bathroom. A full kitchen, and a living room. You will also have a garage spot to park in (great for winter months!), and a fenced in backyard with a porch and an outdoor dining set. This is a townhome with neighbors attached to the building. You will be sharing the driveway and the backyard.
Everything is updated with modern finishes and conveniently located.
You will have access to the full 2-bedroom apartment, the backyard, the basement for laundry, and the garage for parking.

Why they chose this property
Small, quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Located right off of a main roadway for easy travels to the town of Shelburne, or head up north 10 minutes to get into downtown Burlington and the UVM campus.
What makes this property unique
This property was recently renovated with high end finishes. We take pride in keeping a clean unit for our guests to stay in. The location is also a great bonus, easy to get around to the surrounding towns and activities.
