Located in the funky West King neighborhood, only ~2 miles from the heart of the "Ancient City" and 4.5 miles to the beach. Enjoy roasting marshmallows in the fully-fenced in back yard with fire pit, prepare meals in the fully equipped and updated kitchen, or play games while enjoying the upscale decor. Dog friendly home. It’s a quick car ride to all of the adventures St. Augustine has to offer!

Just off the beaten path, is the up-and-coming, funky, yet tranquil neighborhood of West King. Occasionally, you may hear the faint horn of a nearby train or the crows of wild roosters that roam the neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
We have poured our hearts into this modern, peaceful vacation home. It is also our home away from home and we love to enjoy it whenever we are not hosting.
