Beautiful Paseo 2 bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo located 20 min from the beach and local hot spots! This condo comes with brand new furniture throughout. Enjoy the resort style pool, gym and many more amenities located in award winning Paseo community. Close to Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox spring training facilities and 20 min to the beach!

Paseo HOA/CDD rules are contracted 30 day minimum stays. If you are planning on staying less than 30 days I can adjust pricing to sum up to essentially the same amount you would spend for a week or two etc., however the place would be yours for the 30 days. This limits rentals to one person per month. Paseo also has an application process, background check and $100 fee for the application. A signed short term lease is part of the process as well. Great Stay

Amazing stay

When we walked into the house the first time, we could already tell it was very neat. The whole house was deep cleaned, and very cozy. Amazing place to stay with family, the neighborhood and pool also the best. Owner of the house was very friendly.

Great place to stay!!

The house was very clean and spacious! My son and I were there for baseball and we loved the quietness of the neighborhood after a long day at the field. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the pools were beautiful! Fred is a great host and I would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the area.

Fantastic vacation

Everything went smooth and easy. Fred communicated very well with easy check in. Condo was very clean and even better than pictures. The pool area and amenities were beautiful. Pool area was fun yet relaxing. Nice bar with both food and drinks available. Facilities and grounds are beautiful. Definitely going back!

Amazing Paseo Condo!

Beautifull, fully furnished rental in an exceptional gated community. The owner provided everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Communication with owner was quick and very responsive with any needs or concerns. Had an amazing time, everything was very well maintained, looks like new.

Perfect Stay!

This property was even better than the description. Fred was so accommodating with checking in and any questions we had throughout our stay. The place was very clean and so nicely stocked with anything you would need. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The pools were nice. There was no aggravating clean up to do prior to checking out. Would definitely return next time we are in the area!

Pictures Don't Do It Justice!

The condo is immaculate and an easy drive from the airport; nice central location in Fort Myers with nearby Publix and Starbucks! The gated community felt very safe and friendly. There's an onsite restaurant and tiki bar. The kids adored the community resort-style pools and video games at their disposal. There was also a farmer's market with playground, animals, food trucks, and live music (weekends) just a few blocks away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and immaculate and had everything we needed. Our host communicated everything we needed to do for check in process and set up our use of the amenities so that we were able to use them right after we got settled. Any questions I had was answered promptly and was greatly appreciated.

Perfect place to stay

Beautiful facilities. Condo was perfect. It had plenty of room for my family of five. All the furniture was brand new. Very clean. The main pool was amazing. My kids had a great time fishing in the ponds. They caught a ton of fish. Fred , the owner , was very easy to communicate with. We are definitely going back again.

Fred was very informative and accommodating. Paceo was painting and putting new roof on all their buildings. I was informed of this. Other than that which was not Fred’s fault. We were able to park in the garage. Highly recommend
