Unwind by the stone gas fireplace, enjoy beautiful mountain views, and revel in the warmth of a fully-equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and a loft with 2 bunk beds and a twin bed for the kids. Need to fit more? We also have a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Plus, with proximity to an outdoor skating rink, thrilling snow tubing, mountain bike tours, and a full golf course, your options for adventure are limitless. Pet-friendly space! One dog is welcome, but please ensure they are under 49 lbs. To maintain a peaceful environment in compliance with noise ordinances, we kindly request that your furry friend is not excessively vocal or prone to frequent barking. Thank you for your understanding! In the event of a noise-related complaint, we may need to discuss alternative lodging arrangements at your own expense. Additionally, we kindly ask you to bring a crate for your dog if you need to leave them alone in the condo. Thank you!
We are reachable for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We will reach out to you a couple days after check in. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Spring: backing up to Pisgah National Forest, watch the wildflower show or find a waterfall brimming with waters from melting snow. Quiet season- great for relaxing getaways. Golfing and tennis begins.
Summer: Escape the heat- average temperatures around 73. Golfing, Tennis and Mountain Biking adventures continue, Gem mining, whitewater rafting, winery’s and breweries make for great summer adventures!
Fall: Change of leave color is the number one thing to bring visitors to us during fall. Ride the scenic lifts for optimum viewing!
HOUSE RULES:
1) Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older, is required to complete a rental agreement and provide valid ID upon booking and must be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking.
2) Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement. The card provided MUST be in the name of the primary renter. This will be placed on your card 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
3) No check out's on major federal holidays. You may be asked to alter your reservation to the day before or after.
4) Be mindful of Quiet hours 10pm-6am
5) No smoking/vaping of any kind - loss of security deposit and immediate eviction.
