I am originally from Canada and my roots are from Italy. I speak Italian fluently and, I’m a pasta making master chef. I specialize in farm to table Mediterranean cuisine.
I am 100% gluten-free and offer many gluten-free options as well as dairy free, vegan and vegetarian dishes when ordering from my menu.

I chose this neighborhood because it is the closest thing to a European town.

This is a quaint fisherman town where everything is in walking distance including beaches and marinas. There is plenty of nightlife also in walking distance. This town is safe and the vibe here is unmatched by any other towns of I have visited on the Jersey shore.
