Hello, and thanks for stopping by. We are thrilled at the opportunity to share our condo with you here at Topsail Dunes Villas. It really is all about the view and we think ours is one of the best on the island. We have been vacationing on Topsail Island for over 20 years and rented many condos. Some must haves we always looked for when searching for a condo were (1) Oceanfront location with great views. (2) easy access to beach and pool. (3) comfortable living area with well stocked kitchen. (4) quiet family friendly beach away from all the hustle and bustle. If these things are on the top of your list, you came to the right place. Come and enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your private balcony in this 2nd floor 1Br 1B point unit condo. There is no elevator in our building so you will have to climb a few stairs. This nicely decorated condo features a fully equipped kitchen, queen master bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, and twin bunk beds for the little ones. All about the view is just steps away from the pool and ocean and only minutes away from grocery stores and many great restaurants. At Topsail Dunes you will find a less crowded family friendly beach, large swimming pool, play area for the kids with basketball court and pirate ship, outdoor grills with pavilion and picnic tables, and plenty of parking. Our condo is perfect for couples wanting to spend their vacation relaxing on the beach soaking up some vitamin "SEA" and for those wanting to enjoy the beach with the kiddos making lasting memories. Wonderful Stay!

The beach is gorgeous and the condo couldn’t be closer to the beach. The condo was exactly as described and had everything I needed to make it a great stay, including comfortable furniture, balcony chairs, and a very well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay for my husband & I! Condo was clean, had everything we needed for our week stay. Check in was easy, Herb & Christine were very gracious hosts! The location & view were perfect! Don't hesitate to book this one! Already looking forward to booking this condo next year.

This was a great property! It was cozy, clean and welcoming. We greatly appreciated the amenities that were available to us. There was plenty of room for parking and the unit was not hard to find. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in North Topsail Island.

Paradise found!

This sweet, lovely condo is perfect! The pics are completely accurate, and the view of the ocean is phenominal! The balcony is cozy and private. This place is perfect for couples, or a small family. I love how quaint it is, and it's decorated so cute! Super clean, easy to find and access.My friend and I had a great time. I will defintely stay here again!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this rental! The condo was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. The view was amazing, and we couldn't have gotten any closer to the beach. Check in and check out were simple, and the hosts were very responsive and sweet. They even left a Happy Birthday message for our 10 year old! Would definitely come back!

All About the View was Amazing!!

Our family enjoyed our time at “All About the View”. The condo was perfect for the four of us and had all the amenities of home. The view was amazing and you can walk onto the beach in 30 seconds. The host had great contact with us before and during the stay just to check in. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay at North Topsail!!

All about the view

No complains here. The condo was clean and beautiful. The balcony looking at the ocean was perfect for breakfast and dinner. The only Elefant in the room was the internet. The owner was good enough to called us back to trying to fix it by phone. But we were not the only ones without internet in the building. Overal we got a awesome time.

It was a perfect spot. We love North Topsail. It was really easy to check in, And to speak to the property owner. I do love this location, And it has a pool for my son. We didn’t swim in the pool this time because we were on the beach. The only thing I wish this property had was a vacuum😂. But, with how people are these days It wouldn’t surprise me if somebody would steal it. The owner had been dropped off a chair for us. I sent a message to them. They immediately got right back to me. It was reasonably priced. I would definitely rent from Same people again. Thank yall for allowing us to stay in your condo.

10 Stars if I could!!

I highly recommend booking the condo "All about the View"!! It is the cutest place! The hosts are wonderful! They kept in touch making sure our stay was as smooth as possible! The condo is very clean, homey, & cozy! They provided towels, wash rags, laundry detergent, fabric softener & dryer sheets. The kitchen is well stocked with EVERYTHING you need to cook and clean up! Lots of silverware, dishes, cups, pans, baking sheets, some spices, coffee pods, ground coffee, sugar....everything but the food! It amazes me that for such a small space, there's so much provided and very well organized! I wonder why I complain about not having room in my kitchen at home all the time and its large! Oh, and the goodie basket! This is great....they have a little goodie basket in the hall closet filled with little things like toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, sunscreen, lotion, floss, nail files, etc incase you forgot something. The bedsheets are amazingly soft! I had to order myself some for home! We really loved this condo...if I could rate it 10 out of 10 stars I definitely would! Do check it out...it really is all about the view...especially that balcony right on the beach!

Cozy condo

Love the condo it had everything we needed even extras. Dishes & pots and pans were of good quality. They even had a basket of goodies in the closet in case you forgot your toiletries. I would definitely rent again and hope to in the future. Oh and the view is great

Relaxing Week

Very impressed with the cuteness and cleanliness of the entire condo. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the balcony. Very comfortable bed——not a queen, a bit small, but comfortable . The kitchen was well stocked with everything from spices, baggies, and higher end cookware. Perfect place for two.

We had a wonderful visit. The condo was clean, quiet and right on the beach. The bed was comfy and the view was amazing. The host was easy to contact and so nice. We appreciated the little extras in the hallway closet, especially since we left our dental floss at home. The condo felt very welcoming and we would stay there again. Thank you!

I am from Kinsale Va. a very small town close to the Potomac River and my wife grew up in Buffalo NY. We now live in Moseley Va. about 45 minutes south of Richmond Va. We have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. We have been vacationing at Topsail Island for many years and fell in love with the island on our first trip. As soon as we get to the top of the high-rise bridge, driving onto the island, and can see all the homes, the beautiful ocean, and can smell that salt air, it always puts a smile on our face. So many great memories over the years with our children and now grandchildren. We feel very blessed to have this condo and want very much to share it so others can create their own special memories. " UPDATE April 2024" My wife and I love Topsail Island and the beach so much we decided to sell our home in Moseley Va. and move closer to Topsail Dunes. We are now only 15 minutes from " All ABOUT THE VIEW " and thrilled we can manage our property and give all our guests personal VIP treatment. Anything you might need during your stay we are only a few minutes away and ready to accommodate. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, well stocked condo, with a great view, so all you have to do is relax and have a wonderful time! Herb & Christine
