ONE OF A KIND PRIVATE COZY HOME
This darling house has total privacy. Jacuzzi and Pool belong to you. Drive just one mile to Old Town shopping center, 6 restaurants, several bars, shops, gas stations, hardware store. Walking trails are one block away! Pool is not heated.

SPECIAL EVENT IN APRIL -COACHELLA MUSIC FESTIVAL

Also provided: Beach-size towels, regular towels/wash cloths, hairdryers, A large capacity washer and dryer are also accessible during your stay.

The fully equipped Brand New eat-in kitchen with dining area which seats six. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and blender (VitaMix), pots & pans, dishes. If you plan to cook, a full array of spices, plus oils, are supplied to help get you started. Sometimes out depending on the previous people. Outdoor patio with BBQ, table and chairs and chaise lounges, all facing the pool and spa and large lawn. Outdoor lighting of garden and or pool and spa. Pool is not heated.

Gorgeous mountain views. Patio and lawn setting. Walking distance to beautiful mountain hiking trails. Short distance to public golf courses, and close to Indian Wells Tennis. 1 mile to Old Town which features restaurants, wine tasting bar, new Beer tasting, coffee shops, unique shopping, and farmers market. Near specialized markets, health food stores, 35 minutes to Palm Springs. 20 minutes to the famous walk in Palm Desert: El Paseo. 1/2 hour to Whole Foods.

PHOTOGRAPHERS HAVEN: The most prominent feature of the La Quinta area is its Santa Rosa Mountains. The Santa Rosa Mountains (California) are nestled against the golf course and can be seen easily from my La Quinta House!

A great spot to relax!
We enjoyed this home. It is older but very clean and organized. The home had everything we needed to cook. We very much enjoyed the spa, pool, hammock and outdoor space provided. This was our first time to the Palm Springs area and we liked it a lot. The home is near lots of restaurants and shopping and a short drive to the zoo, downtown PS and lots of other touristy things.

Beautiful yard, quite area - very nice stay
House was easy to find and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was nestled among other properties. Being a protective father of littles, I appreciated being surrounded by neighbors. But it was also very private. We barely saw or heard anyone, but was comforted knowing neighbors were around. First impression of the house was that it was a bit older (probably 70's or early 80's era), but the rooms/beds/bathrooms were nice and big with clay tile flooring throughout. The backyard was stunning, and the pool/hot-tub and landscaping were just as shown in the pictures. Backyard was also very private, and perfect in every way. Not knowing the neighborhood, it took about a day to realize the street was very quiet, and the neighborhood was safe. The front door (being a double door) didn't seem overly sturdy, but I quickly realized the neighborhood was safe, and didn't have any concerns.Beds were awesome (big and comfortable), and the bedding and towels (pool and bathing) were of great quality. All the amenities were perfect.The pool and hot-tub were exquisite. Perfect in every way. The hot-tub heated up quickly and was very much appreciated (we got unlucky with some cooler January days). Pool was beautiful and refreshing bouncing between hot tub and pool - kids (and us) had a hoot!We loved our stay and would definitely go back and stay at Jane's place. I would recommend to anyone going out to the desert for a trip.

The Beautiful Pool House
This location is just about as perfect as it gets. Nestled against the mountains the Cove Community is all the best that La Quinta has to offer. Easy trails, great park at the Civic Center and Old Town and all about a 1-3 minute drive. The house is mid century and very clean with everything one would need for a week or weekend. The Spa was a gift to relax in as well. Thank you again

My husband and I stayed four days at this lovely property. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and great location. The pool and hot tub was a wonderful treat. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook amazing meals for family that came by for dinner. We celebrated two birthdays by having a bbq in the beautiful backyard patio area. We definitely will return for another stay.

We had an enjoyable three-day "staycation" at this lovely La Quinta Cove home. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the peaceful neighborhood. The pool and yard were particularly nice, and the patio misters added to the comfort. There were plenty of pool towels provided, which was helpful. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. We would gladly stay here again.

3rd Stay and it was Awesome
This is our 3rd stay at Jane’s Pool House and we had a great time! The house was clean, we had towels for the pool, everything needed to cook, and pool was awesome! Everything in the kitchen is labeled and there were extra cooking ingredients if you should forget something….we cooked the entire time we were there due to the outdoor heat, and it was great. Thank you Jane!!!!!

Casita away from home
This was our second time at this casita and enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of room for my children to spread out and play inside or outside. The pool was warm due to the weather, but otherwise relaxing stay. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. I would recommend it for families or small groups, as it has everything you need in a home.

I purchased this house in 2005 because I fell in love with it and the location. I love the desert and love traveling. I spent two years in Europe (one in Paris and one in Switzerland). I speak French. After two years abroad at age 21, too much wine led me to my past and current interest in health and nutrition. I do daily research on healthful living styles using vitamins and minerals. Also Young Living Essential Oils of which a distribute at wholesale.

I have two children, both musicians. 3 grand children. When I come to my desert home about 10 hours a day are spent in the pool with my children and grand children.

Why they chose this property

This property is so well kept up. It is ready for anyone to move into. The area is spectacular. The views of the mountains and the hiking trails are some of the best in the world. There is a statue of a horse (new) on top of a mountain which lights up at night and can be seen from this house in the backyard. Also house is 35 minutes to Palm Springs, The Palm Springs Art Museum and the Thursday night walks. 10 minutes to Palm Desert with their art galleries and extravagant shops, great restaurants.

This property is close to the Coachella Music Festival which occurs once a year. It is also one block from the hiking trails. There is a pool and a spa which is absolutely extraordinary with a lawn and double size lot.

What makes this property unique

The Pool and Jacuzzi (remote turn on in house) have great charm and that is why I fell in love with this place. Facing the patio is a large lawn used for a lovely sitting area. The front of the house is also beautifully landscaped and has a sitting area as well. The bedrooms are very large and I have had as many as 6 people stay there with no problem. Many extra futons available. I love this house. Total vacation away from home and just 1.3 miles to Old Town famous for shops and restaurants.
