Situated in the desirable Sea Pines Plantation Resort, guests can savor all the amenities available, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Sea Pines Racquet Club, and an array of dining and shopping options. For added convenience, take advantage of the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley, which operates between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, shuttling guests among designated stops and the Beach Club.

✓ This house has parking for six vehicles in the driveway. Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓ This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 1 car pass is included with your reservation. Please contact host 1 week prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes as we have to arrange them in advance with Sea Pines for $17.00.
✓ Dog Friendly! A dog under 60 pounds is welcome with a non-refundable $300 pet fee.
✓ Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
✓ Safety equipment for the pool or spa is not included, swim at your own risk.
✓ The Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please request pool/spa heat by contacting the host 1 week prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature. NOTE: Pool and Spa heating won't be available for guests during March 2025 due to some maintenance.

✓ 7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
✓ Beach Access can be found at the Sea Pines Beach Club: Located at 87 N. Sea Pines Drive, this is Sea Pines Resort's organized beach access for the community. Parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club is reserved exclusively for Sea Pines property owners during the season (April through Labor Day) between 8am and 3pm. During the season you would catch the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley service to the Beach Club. Otherwise, renters can park there after 3:00pm. Off Season renters can park at the club without limits. The beach Club features three restaurants including Coast, Oceanfront Dining and restrooms.
