Great for the price!
We needed a place to stay for a wedding so a friend and I booked this place. Overall the property was clean and well kept. Seemed new. The RV park that it’s in is not bad. We didn’t use any of the facilities but they looked nice and well kept. Some of the RVs have been there a long time. The space was nice. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and it says the property sleeps 4, but the futon that is the second bed would not fit 2 people. I would say 3 at best. There also were no extra blankets or pillows for the futon. The TV is mounted in an awkward position so I wouldn’t plan on just vegging out. We initially didn’t get the initial check in instructions by some type of app glitch, but the owner had great communication and responded very quickly. No complaints with the process. The fire pit area could use some love. The chairs were broken and the space wasn’t really usable. Overall it served our needs and worked for the weekend. We didn’t use any of the kitchen stuff so I can’t speak to that. With limitations on places to rent around the area it was a good alternative.
