Single-Story house with Pool
Contemporary house ready for your next family trip, work retreat, or small event. The pool isn't heated, but the spa is set from 7-10pm nightly. The backyard is a great place to host your family and friends with a grill, plenty of seating and tons of foliage for privacy.
Smoking and 420 are not allowed inside, and all discarded materials must be placed in the trash bin along the side of the house. Please do not put your ashes in the pool or drainage lines.
Pets are allowed for a fee that is based off of your length of stay and number of pets (dogs and cats, no farm animals or exotics).
The garage is not available and there's one room in the house locked for storage, but other than that, this beautiful, modesty furnished, 3 bed, 2 bath home is your's to enjoy.

25-30 mins to the airport
30-45 mins to various hiking locations
45 mins to the Mt. Charleston ski resort
5 mins from multiple parks with fenced-in dog areas and walking paths
1 mile from Starbucks, grocery store, nail salon, restaurants, and banks.
