Cozy Beachfront Condo with Pool - Steps from Daytona Boardwalk

The Sungeon, LLC beachfront condo is ideal for a weekend getaway, offering direct beach and pool access. Located just 1 mile from the Daytona Boardwalk and restaurants, 1.3 miles from Ocean Center, and less than 5 miles from the Daytona International Speedway. This 420 sq. ft. studio is fully equipped with a kitchenette, private Wi-Fi, and a patio with partial ocean views.

1 full size bed, another single size pull-out (couch) & 1 (futon) convertible chair that pulls out to a bed for a child.

This unit is on the first floor, no more than 15 steps to the huge ocean front deck area, easy loading and unloading and it sits right behind the ocean front units, where you can unwind and enjoy your frozen drinks or coffee in the morning. Complimentary Coffee, Cream and Sugar each morning !! :)

We supply Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers, fishing pole. No need to rent them for $30/day :)

Full kitchenette with full size refrigerator with ice maker, cook top, microwave oven. All necessary kitchen items including toaster, Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, glasses and dishes, and large sink with garbage disposal! Many condiments on site, with in-room eating areas.

Plenty of closet and hanger space and built in drawers so you’re not living out of your suitcase during your stay.

The facility amenities include 2 large pools, one heated, private, gated, giant pool deck with private exit to beach!

There is an on-site restaurant, "Adams Egg”, with wonderful food and drinks, and they will deliver to your room or the giant pool deck with grills and tables with umbrellas for having a Barbeque!

There is a small coin laundry 2 flights above the unit as well as a larger facility in the adjacent building, night lights and security cameras on site.

Other things to note:
Please note that we do have a 25 year minimum age to rent.

*****VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE*****:

As a result of back to back Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in the Fall of 2022, our seawall was irreparably damaged.

While that has now been replaced and the direct beach access has been restored, along with a large portion of our pool deck, our south pool and that portion of the pool deck is currently under re-construction BUT our north pool (heated in winter) is open and ready for you!

We appreciate your patience and understanding of the extensive nature of the recovery on the entire Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach shores, etc area and will keep this listing updated as projects get completed and our beautiful property returns to 100% normal and even better than before.
