The Space:
This cozy condo nestled in the Wildernest neighborhood is an ideal launching pad for nature lovers and adventure seekers who want to enjoy the outdoors. Minutes away from endless outdoor adventures, the condo is fully equipped with all you will need for a comfortable stay including a bright and open main living space, cozy furnishings, two private balconies, and access to a shared indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs!

As you step through the front door of the home, you will be greeted by an open layout featuring the kitchen/dining/living room blending seamlessly together. Steps from the front door will take you into the fully equipped kitchen where you will find a full range of basic cookware including a crockpot and blender making it easy to prepare delicious meals at home. The open layout of the home keeps you connected to your group while you cook, with a kitchen island with 2 bar stools serving as a bridge between the kitchen and living room. Next to the kitchen is the dining area, where you will find a wood table with seating for six.

On the other side of the kitchen/dining area is the cozy living room. This inviting space is outfitted with a comfortable couch that doubles as a pull-out bed. A plush reading chair provides extra space for relaxing as you warm up by the gas fireplace and enjoy a show or a round of Xbox games on the 50” Smart TV. A bookshelf in the room includes games and books, providing additional entertainment options to enjoy. From the living room, you can step out the sliding glass doors to the private outdoor space so you can enjoy the fresh mountain air.

In the hallway off the main living space you will find a coat rack with cubbies and an area to store your shoes so you can keep your outdoor gear clutter-free and organized. Down this hallway, you will find the condo’s two bedrooms and the shared full bathroom. You will first come to the guest bedroom, a spacious room that boasts a great blend of functionality and comfort. The bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a bedside table with a lamp, 2 floor lamps, and wall art bringing a cozy ambiance to the space. A foldable desk and a large closet add to the convenience of the room so you can easily store your personal items or catch up with any remote work needs. Directly across the hallway from the guest bedroom is the full-shared bathroom, featuring a single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo.

At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom, a room filled with natural light from the sliding glass doors that take you out to a second private outdoor area. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, and a 50” Smart TV so you can enjoy shows from the comfort of bed. A large walk-in closet, tall dresser, and an additional dresser with baskets for storage provide ample space to unpack your belongings during your stay. Before tucking in for the night, freshen up in the en suite master bathroom where you will find a single-sink vanity, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. Rounding out the home is a full-size washer and dryer located in a laundry closet near the kitchen.

This home's location in the wonderful Wildernest neighborhood allows you to enjoy the best of everything - incredible outdoor access, close proximity to Silverthorne, and easy access to I-70, the main roadway in the area that spans this gorgeous stretch of mountain towns. You are just minutes from hiking trails, including the nearby Lily Pad Lake and Salt Lick Trailheads, and less than 15 minutes from the fairway at Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks. The charming town of Dillon is also close by, with the scenic Dillon Reservoir and Dillon Amphitheater, well known for its summer concerts. In the winter months, you will love the many nearby ski areas to choose from with Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland ski resorts within 40 minutes from the home.

Getting Around:
Situated in the heart of Silverthorne, you are just minutes away from I-70, the main highway that spans this stretch of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas with ease. From this home are you 11 minutes from Dillion, 15 minutes from Frisco, and within 30 minutes you can find yourself exploring Breckenridge. Take advantage of the FREE Summit Stage bus with a stop just minutes from your front door. From this home, you are a 6-minute walk to the Tree House bus stop, which is part of the Summit Stage FREE bus route on the Wildernest Loop. You can hop on the bus and find yourself connected with all of the Summit Stage Free Bus routes that span Silverthorne and extend to the neighboring communities.

New Years Trip

Location is in Prospector Village in Wildernest, two levels above the garage and the hot tub/club house is adjacent to the building. Garage is at ground level. Location does not have a steep incline driveway like some in the area. Good central point for Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, and Vail.
