BeachPleaseTX, 4BR, 3.5BA, 9 guests. The home is located in the Royal Sands beach side community. The community features neighborhood pools, a hot tub, and boardwalk leading to the beach. Beach boardwalk is golf cart accessible, NO ATVs. Any renters bringing an ATV will be fined $500 for use on boardwalk. Front yard has parking for 4 vehicles. Garage is not accessible for rental.
Beach Please TX is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath open and airy, coastal beach home. The first floor features a living room with a large sectional couch and 65" HDTV. The area is very open and welcoming which opens up to the dining and kitchen areas. The living area is great for gathering and entertaining. There is a large dining table with seating for 8. The kitchen features a large island with seating for 5. The kitchen has ample space to cook a gourmet meal. Both a drip coffee maker as well as a keurig is available for your morning cup of coffee. The back patio has seating to enjoy the evenings while cooking on the charcoal grill.
The master bedroom is located downstairs with its own en-suite bath. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. Off of the kitchen, a half bath is located in the hallway. There is a stacked washer and dryer as well in the utility room.
The second floor houses all of the other bedrooms and baths. The first bedroom at the top of the stairs has two twin beds with an additional twin bed trundle. It has a closet, dresser and TV mounted on the wall. Next to this room is another room with queen bed with dresser, nightstands and closet. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom adjacent to the rooms. The bathroom features dual vanity sinks and has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom upstairs features a queen bed, dresser, nightstands and closet as well as its own en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a single vanity and walk-in shower.
