Charming Tahoe Cabin with Above Garage Studio
NEW LISTING!
Our cozy, above-garage studio is a great homebase for Tahoma/Homewood adventures. This retreat features a comfortable king bed and a sofa bed, perfect for a small group. The full kitchen is equipped for all your culinary needs (please note: no dishwasher). After a day on the slopes cozy up by the gas fireplace.
Note: Guests/owners may be in the main house during your stay. Garage is shared (1 parking spot for studio, 1 for main house + shared washer and dryer).
HOME DETAILS:
- 1 king bed + sofa bed
- Parking: 2 parking spots: 1 in garage (the garage is pretty short (height-wise so it only fits a small SUV/car.), 1 immediately in front of the garage parking spot in the driveway. Max height is approx 79” for a car to fit in garage.
- Full kitchen (please note, there is no dishwasher)
- Gas fireplace
- Radiant heating + portable heater
- Drip coffee maker + French press
SKI LEASE DETAILS:
- Guest shall maintain a full-time residence elsewhere in the United States during their stay.
- Rental insurance proof to be provided no later than 2 weeks before arrival by ski lease guest.
- Cleaning fee included in your reservation total is a deep cleaning at the end of the lease.
- All utilities are included in the rental rate.
- Snow plowing services (driveway) are contracted through the owner. Snow shoveling (entry, garage access, deck, etc.) is the responsibility of the ski lease guest. Snow shovel and ice melt will be provided.
- No pets.
- Owners will provide a starting amount of supplies (kitchen products, shampoo, etc.) and anything else you may need during your stay will be on your own.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Guests will have access to the entire above-garage studio, 1 parking spot in the shared garage and the shared washer and dryer in the garage (shared with cleaners and main house guests).
OUR DRIVEWAY: The driveway has a short, steep section leading up to the main motor court/garage. AWD is the minimum requirement, 4WD and/or snow tires strongly recommended. If you don’t have it, there may be instances where you have to walk up, grab a shovel and clear the driveway if the plow didn’t come through.
Due to an allergy in our family, we unfortunately cannot permit service animals in the home.
Due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, including poor air quality and smoke associated with wildfires, we highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to cover your cancellation, as we will not be able to offer a full refund outside the cancellation window.
Tahoe Cohost Collective is not a property manager and is not liable for any injury or damages incurred while staying at the property. All reservations are between VRBO, the property owner, and you, the guest.
