Nestled over at the secure, gated, Veranda Palms Resort, this 15-bedroom, 15.5-bathroom mansion is big enough to host 31 of your favourite people. Plus, it's pet-friendly, so feel free to bring Fido along too!

Let's kick things off with the amazing screened-in back deck. A private swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub await, while you soak up the glorious Florida sun from the comfy sun recliners. Plus, there's a covered poolside lounge area with a fan and wall mounted TV – everything you need for a perfect day in the sun!

Had enough sun for the day? No problem, even inside, nobody's getting bored in this place! We've turned the garage into a games room with a Mario Brothers theme! Here, you'll find family favourites like air hockey, table tennis and foosball. There's also a big screen TV, and Mario fans of all ages will really get a kick out of the super mushrooms, plumbers pipes and smashing brick seating!

Step inside to the living room which features plenty of comfy plush seating! There's not one, but TWO large flat-screen smart TVs, with complimentary wifi, so no matter where you sit, you'll get a great view of the game!

The kitchen boasts premium appliances, a large island countertop, and loads of cupboard space - everything you need to prep and serve up a delicious family meal (or pop open those takeout containers...yeah, we get you!). There's not one but two full-sized fridge/freezer combo units, so there's plenty of space for everyone's snacks. There's even two large capacity dishwashers to handle the clean up.

The amenities continue on the second floor, where you and your crew can enjoy a movie night, in the Disney-themed theater room, complete with a huge projector screen and oversized comfy recliners. There's even a popcorn machine if you need munchies for the movie.

Even bedtime will be a blast at this home, thanks to the kids themed bedrooms! The Lion King room features two cool tee-pee beds and mural with characters from the movie. Get ready for tropical vibes in the Lilo and Stitch themed room, or plunge under the sea in the Little Mermaid themed room. And what would an Orlando vacation be without Mickey Mouse? We've got a cool treehouse trundle bunk-bed in the Magic of Disney room, complete with a slide to get down from the top bunk, and magical light-up star ceiling. The main floor of the house offers three King bedrooms, one Queen bedroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds. The kids theme rooms are all upstairs, as are four more King rooms, and two more Queen rooms.

Additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Please note that buses, RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited in the community.

Veranda Palms is a family friendly gated resort in the Kissimmee area of Orlando. The location is in a fantastic area, easily reached from highway 192 where you will find a vast selection of shops and restaurants. The community is just a short drive away from some of the most popular attractions in the area, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Being just minutes away from world-famous theme parks, shopping outlets, and championship golf courses, you'll have endless entertainment options right at your doorstep.

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
