Not really “near” Montauk

The place was clean and the owner was very hospitable. Unfortunately, half-an-hour away from Montauk for trout fishing isn’t really “near” for city folk. 😊

Great stay.

We were looking for a place to stay while canoing/kayaking the Current River and this worked well for us. Brought a larger crockpot so dinner was ready when we got back. Basic utensils were available. Our youngest enjoyed walking around the property and watching the chickens/rooster. Wal-Mart in salem was right on our way to and from the river which made for easy grocery pick ups. Host was very responsive to our questions. We had a great time!
