Welcome to the Brentwood Guest House, Austin, Texas. This is a newly renovated 875 sq. ft, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat located in one of Austin's most sought-after north-central neighborhoods. Enjoy the peaceful and safe midcentury vibe, walkable streets, nearby Brentwood park with a walking trail and playground, and a 50s-era strip mall featuring the beloved Little Deli, and quaint grocery store and mosaic "wall of welcome". Perfectly situated near the Burnet Road dining and shopping district, it's just minutes to downtown Austin and the University of Texas.
Inside:
Living Room: Spacious and inviting with a leather sofa and chair, a 40-inch smart TV, DVD player, board games, and a Texas-themed book collection. Enjoy your favorite music with the Bose radio and Bluetooth connectivity.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas range, oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, toaster, kettle, blender, cookware, bakeware, and plenty of dishes. Fresh gourmet coffee and compostable K-cups are provided, along with coffee sweeteners. Choose between drip or Keurig brewing options. The kitchen is stocked with basic pantry essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, teas, and microwave popcorn.
Dining Area: Features a marble-base, thick glass-top dining table with 4 chairs and a bench. Additional folding chairs are available.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a dresser, nightstand, luggage rack, and spacious closet stocked with hangers, extra pillows, throw blankets, vacuum, and laundry basket.
Bedroom 2: King bed with a nightstand, armoire containing extra linens, a luggage rack, and a fold-out clothing rack.
Bathroom: Centrally located in the hallway, the bathroom features a shower/tub combination, hair dryer, iron, and plenty of fresh towels. Guests will appreciate the provided amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and ample toilet paper.
Family-Friendly Amenities: Pack-n-play, Graco high chair, kid's dishes, toy box, and a collection of children's movies.

Why they chose this property
My neighborhood's motto is "close in and far out". That perfectly describes the wonderful and eclectic nature of my neighborhood and its residents. It is very safe and walkable, with many families enjoying the Arroyo Seco walking and biking path down the street. There's a great HEB grocery store a 3-minute drive away, plus nearby great restaurants.
What makes this property unique
It is allows you the experience of living like a local and has a lot of space (875 sq. ft.), perfect for two couples or a small family to enjoy. It also has a fully fenced yard and is dog friendly.
