• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5-7 minutes biking or 5 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this villa.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Beautiful condo!

We had a great time in Sea Pines and enjoyed staying in Plantation Villas. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Great condo with awesome view...

We were very impressed with how the condo was decorated, all the finishes and attention to detail were nice. It also has an amazing view of the golf course, and it was great to be able to walk to the golf practice facilities and enjoy the clubhouse.

Great condo

We had a highly enjoyable 2 week stay at this beautifully decorated & well maintained property. The staff at Beverly Serral were extremely helpful both prior to & during our stay & were very responsive to our requests & concerns. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunrise to be seen from the living room, easy access to the beach, great cable TV (my husband was thrilled to get both the English premier league soccer & the PGA golf), the very comfortable bed. I could go on and on. We would recommend this property without hesitation.

Laundry baskets, flashlights, spices, beach gear, paper goods, and more. Just bring a suitcase and a smile.Unit was being worked on during our stay, it didn't bother us too much. Also the beach club is close but still a bit of a hike with head. Shuttle was slow when we visited. Thank you.

Met or exceeded expectations

Sometimes you see photos of a property online and then you get there and the photos were probably taken several years ago. This property was just as pictured. The management company furnished the condo with full bars of shea butter Dove soap and full bottles of shampoo. The towels were plush and plentiful. The beds were very comfortable. There were beach towels and beach chairs. We did not cook dinner in, but there were more than enough pots, pans and skillets to make any dish you wanted. Plenty of plates and silverware as well. The view was great, fourth floor overlooking the golf course. And if you play golf, you would walk to the course. And a great restaurant right there as well. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s central location is ideal for families who want to bike or walk to the beach, the horse stable, Harbor Town, South Beach, and the preserve. All those things are an easy walk or ride away. The condo is roomy and comfortable, with comfy beds and plenty of seating. A nice large balcony overlooking the golf course, a well-stocked kitchen. Clean, tidy, not crowded. One thing I really appreciate is the ample supply of basic materials: full bars of soap, full bottles of shampoo, full containers of cleaning supplies, trash bags, ziplock bags, etc. It’s nice to have the basics covered so you’re not buying bulk supplies at a rental. We hope to come back soon!

Very Nice Condo

The television was HD quality which was perfect for the Bowls games over New Years. They are also "Smart" TV's allowing you to access Netflix, Amazon Etc. I know TV shouldn't be so important on a vacation, but during winter the temperatures range from frostbite to sunburn and you never know. The Serral team was outstanding to work with and I couldn't be happier with the Unit. (Too bad it is on 4th Floor and elevator isn't as nice as the unit is.) Sea Pines is the greatest resort on the east coast!

Perfect Getaway, Perfect Service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exactly as advertised: spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely well equipped. If you are even a little OCD, you will be able to relax here because Beverly and her team thought of everything down to providing coffee for the first morning and labeling all the remotes to make them kid proof. Speaking of, we had 3 kids in our party. The pool is on site, the Beach Club is an easy walk, and there are bike trails right out front - so they found plenty to do. There is a washer & dryer in the unit which made quick work of the constant flow of bathing suits and beach towels. We also had 2 small dogs. We kept them penned when not home, but the majority of the floors are either tile or a high quality laminate – so it was a worry free and easy to keep clean. We tended to prepare breakfast and lunch at home and the kitchen was very well equipped; plenty of restaurant options for dinners out. A good choice nearby is Truffles. One of our favorite things to do was a dolphin tour with Outside Hilton Head. The entire experience from check-in to check-out was wonderful and we took away many fond memories.
