During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy Big Bass Lake community amenities, which are available seasonally and weather permitting. To access these facilities, simply purchase amenity use passes at the clubhouse or association office. The pricing per person (age 7 and above) and paid at the community directly:

* Daily pass (weekday): $8
* Daily pass (weekend or holiday): $10
* Weekly pass (non-holiday): $30
* Weekly pass (holiday): $50

Within 5 minutes to Gouldsboro state park and close to major attractions in the Poconos: Mt Pocono, Bushkill Falls, Camelback, Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari and the Crossings Premium outlets- just to name a few. Fifteen minutes from Scranton and Montage Mountain a newly renovated ski resort.

𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚! Guests bringing a pet must disclose it at time of booking and pay the associated pet fee.
Please ensure your dog is:
* Leashed outside at all times.
* Never left unattended in the cabin unless securely crated.
* Not on beds or furniture.
* There is an extra charge for a second dog.

𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙:
* The maximum occupancy at all times is 10 people.
* No parties are allowed in the house. This is strictly enforced. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 11pm - 7:30am.
* Guests are required to submit a complete list of cabin occupants for community registration no later than at least 5 days before arrival. Any changes to this list will be subject to an additional registration fee which will be covered by the guest. The community regulation does not allow any last-minute additions to the guest list, and failure to comply may result in a fine covered to the guests.
* Speeding is strictly enforced in the community. Guests receiving a violation will incur a $200 fine. Drive safely and enjoy your stay!
