A fully stocked chef's kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, while the coffee bar offers a great spot to prepare your morning cup of coffee. The game room, both indoor and outdoor, is a fantastic place to entertain the young and young at heart. The extensive patio, dock, and pool area offer ample space for outdoor relaxation and fun. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the massive 3-side balcony while taking in the breathtaking views of the canal. You will have private access to the entire home and yard to enjoy. We restrict three areas that we use for supplies and storage: one garage, one master closet (you will still have a large walk-in closet available to you), and one downstairs closet.
Please note, we have 3 exterior security cameras for our property protection and yours. The cameras are overlooking the driveway, front door, and pool area.
The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a $35 daily fee at your request.
