Modern lifestyle decor, ambience and personalized service makes our guests feel happy and contented while staying here.
Spacious three-bedroom apartment will provide you maximum comfort near the beautiful beaches, 10 minutes driving from Split.
Two bedrooms are with king size bed and one with single bed plus second as option. Total size of apartment is 100 m2 plus two terraces each with 25 m2. Apartment has it's own entrance and is very well equiped, including A/C, washing machine, dish washer, oven, stove, smart tv, playstation 3, internet.
Kitchen and living room are very comfort with more than 30 square meters and are physically devided from bedrooms. Parking is in the front of house.
There is a swimming pool in the yard and a small summer house with barbecue used only by those who rent an apartment. Despite this, the pool is not completely private as parents live on the ground floor and house rules need to be followed.
Apartment is located in trendy municipality Podstrana near the beautiful beaches and promenades along the river Zrnovnica, under the slopes of Mount Perun.
The 360 degrees view from two sheltered terraces will fuse you with the true Mediterranean, on the one hand picturesque hill covered with pine trees, which in turn becomes a peach orchard and later the sea.

Excellent séjour

L'accueil de Zoran (et ses parents) est excellent. Le logement est spacieux, moderne, très bien équipé avec une belle terrasse privative. Il se trouve à l'étage d'une maison occupée par la famille du propriétaire, mais les deux logements sont indépendants. La piscine et son environnement sont très bien. Nous étions deux adultes et deux grands enfants, je recommande fortement cette location.

Great rental

We received a very warm welcome from Zoran and his parents on arrival to this property. His dad gave us homemade wine and offered fruit and vegetables almost daily. The apartment was exactly as listed, roomy and spotlessly clean. It was a 15 minute easy walk to the beach and local supermarkets.

gut war: +freie Steckdosen neben dem Bett für Handy +Küchentisch pflegeleicht aus Glas +Geschirrspüler ok +großer Schrank im Elternschlafzimmer +Backofen ok +Mikrowelle ok +Kühlschrank groß und ok +Gefrierschrank ok +Terrasse ist prima und privat (sichtgeschützt) +eigner Parkplatz für Auto und auch einen Hänger +Split und viele Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar +ruhige Lage +Bäckerei zu Fuß erreichbar +Staubsauger ok +Waschmaschine ok +Klimaanlage ok, kann kühlen und auch heizen, wenn es abends im Winter mal etwas kühler wird. +unverbauter Blick von der Terrasse +von den Mitbewohnern des Hauses hat man nichts gehört +Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auf Englisch völlig problemlos gewünscht hätten wir uns folgende Dinge: stabilere und solide Stühle, die vorhandenen Stühle haben gewackelt, ersatzweise habe ich einen Terrassenstuhl benutzt, weil bei einem die Stuhlbeine abgefallen waren, weil sich die Schrauben auf der Unterseite komplett gelöst hatten. eine Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche neueres Kochgeschirr eine Garderobe mehr Ablageplatz im Bad (Schränke und Spiegelschrank fehlen) WLAN funktionierte nicht zuverlässig, das liegt an der Powerline-Lösung, die ist anfällig für Störungen die Betten im Elternschlafzimmer sind uns deutlich zu hart gewesen die Lüftungsmöglichkeit im Elternschlafzimmer ist ungünstig, das Fenster kann man nicht nachts auflassen, weil es direkt über dem Bett ist eine Fliegenklatsche ist wichtig TV mit internationalen Sendern wäre wichtig, es sind aber nur kroatische Sender. So hatten wird leider gar nichts von der schönen TV-Anlage. Lösbar mit Satelliten -Anlage. alle Leuchtmittel mit Quecksilber sollten aus Sicherheitsgründen ausgetauscht werden. Besonders wichtig, wenn Kinder in der Wohnung sind. manche Leuchtmittel sind defekt das Rollo im Elternschlafzimmer lässt sich nicht einwandfrei bedienen. Diese Dinge lassen sich sicher vom Vermieter verbessern nicht gefallen haben uns nur drei Dinge: -Die Abdichtung der Dusch-Tasse ist leider fehlerhaft vom Installateur ausgeführt. Es läuft immer Wasser aus den Dichtungen zu den Bodenfliesen. Das führt auf Dauer zu Schimmel und zur Schädigung der Bausubstanz und sieht optisch gar nicht gut aus. -Der Geruchsverschluss vom Bodenablauf im Bad funktioniert nicht oder ist defekt. Wir haben die Fußmatte über die Öffnung legen müssen, damit keine Gerüche mehr austreten konnten. -Die Steckdosen hinter der Spüle sind nicht mehr sicher in der Wand verankert und sind ein Sicherheitsproblem.

Mooi appartement met mooi uitzicht, dichtbij Split, aardige eigenaren.

Het modern ingerichte appartement, dat van alle gemakken is voorzien ligt ongeveer 8 k ten zuiden van Split. Het appartement heeft een zeer complete keuken, waarin een aantal basisbenodigdheden zoals kruiden, blokjes voor de afwasmachine aanwezig zijn. In de ruime badkamer is een wasmachine aanwezig. Ook is altijd warm water beschikbaar. Ruime slaapkamers met veel bergruimte. Als buitenruimte is er een groot balkon met zicht op zee en naar de bergrug achter het appartement. Op het perceel is er een eigen parkeerplaats. De ouders van de eigenaar wonen op de begane grond zijn bijzonder aardig en zullen er alles aan doen om je het gevoel te geven dat je welkom bent. De communicatie is daarbij wat lastig, maar de kleindochter is behulpzaam bij het tolken.

Besser geht nicht

Wir haben 12 wunderschöne Tage in dieser gemütlichen Fewo verbracht und uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern. Alles ist neuwertig und sehr sauber. Die Dusche ist ein Traum. Zoran kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste und ist immer bemüht dass man sich wohlfühlt und alles ok ist. Seine Eltern, die Paterre wohnen sind sehr liebevolle und warmherzige Leute. Schade, dass man sich nicht wirklich unterhalten konnte. Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen einheimischen Wohngebiet, aber trotzdem zentral. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Min.in Split. Die Altstadt hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch sehenswert ist Trogir, Omis und Markaska. Was man unbedingt sehen sollte sind die Wasserfälle von Krka. Fahrzeit ca. 50 Min. Allerdings sollte man schon früh morgens hin, später wird es sehr voll. Ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für Erholungs- und Erlebnis

Mit meinem besten Freund habe ich dieses Apartment für eine Woche gebucht. Schön ruhig gelegen neben einer kleinen Pfirsichplantage ist das Haus dennoch nur wenige hundert Meter von der Hauptstraße Richtung Split bzw Omiś. Diese geräumige und sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung bietet alles was man von einer guten Ferienwohnung erwartet, inkl. der großartigen Dachterasse mit einem schönen Panorama, gerade zum Sonnenuntergang. Ideal für Familien dazu sehr günstig und sehr netten "Houskeepern". Gastfreundschaft wird in Kroatien sehr groß geschrieben.

Impeccable !

Emplacement très calme et belle vue de l'appartement à l'étage. Zolan répond très rapidement, et ses parents qui occupent le rez de chaussé sont adorables et serviables. L'appartement est très bien équipé (même si le micro-ondes était en panne), et tout est de qualité (literie, équipement, TV...). Très bien situé, à 10 minutes de Split, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour (Split, Krka, Trogir, Dubrovnik...). C'est ici que nous retournerons si nous devons revenir !

This is an excellent place to stay because of several reasons: The apartment itself is well-equipped and modern. It has a large balcony from which you have an amazing view. Tolles Apartment, toller Vermieter

Wir können uns den bisherigen sehr guten Bewertungen ausnahmslos anschließen. Das Apartment ist super gepflegt, blitzeblank und ausgezeichnet für Ausflüge in der Region Split gelegen (Trogir, Mosor-Gebirge, Duce...). Zoran antwortet wirklich immer innerhalb weniger Minuten und hilft weiter. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft.

Ruhig gelegen, sauber und viel Platz.

Wir waren 5 Nächte hier und konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr geniessen. Das Appartement empfehlen wir gerne weiter. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und man kann sich auch an ihn wenden wenn man Fragen hat. Eine Parkmöglichkeit ist direkt an der Unterkunft vorhanden. Es ist alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Toller Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung - genau wie beschrieben. Da die Wohnung nicht direkt in der Tourismushochburg liegt, hat man genügend Ruhe für Erholung. Allerdings ist man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten per Fuß in Stobrec in der Strandpromenade mit einer Vielzahl von Restaurants und auch in wenigen Fahrminuten in Split. Der Besuch der von Zoran empfohlenen Altstädte hat sich gelohnt. Die Gastfreundschaft der Eltern von Zoran ist unbeschreiblich. Auch Zoran war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal dort ;-)

Sehr gelungener Urlaub!

Eine gute Woche haben wir diese tolle Wohnung samt herrlicher Terrasse mit Blick über die Dächer genossen: Alles was man sich nur denken und wünschen kann an Ausrüstung und Ausstattung ist vorhanden und alles blitzsauber! Die Lage ist optimal: ruhig, kein Tourismus-Rummel, sympathische "Einheimischen-Lage" und dabei ist man nur ca. 2-3 Minuten von einer großen Hauptstraße entfernt. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 5-8 Minuten erreichbar, die Innenstadt von Split in ca. 15 Minuten. Zoran ist stets per Mail erreichbar, gibt gute Tipps und hilft umgehend bei Fragen, die seine sehr freundlichen und liebenswerten Eltern in der unteren Wohnung nur wegen Sprachbarriere nicht beantworten können! Hände und Gesten reichen eben nicht immer aus

New and modern with great views & lovely hosts

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was new, spotlessly clean, and our family of 4 had a great stay. It was Easter week and we were able to watch the blossoms blooming on the plum trees in front of the apartment. At night, the lights of the town along the coast twinkled below. Although we did not meet Zoran in person, he was very helpful (via email) in promptly answering questions, providing some recommendations for things to do locally, and advising us on our future travels through the Balkans. His parents who live below greeted us on arrival and were very welcoming.

Schöne Wohnung unweit von Split

Wir waren eine Woche lang zu Gast in der stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Sie sieht zu 100 % so aus, wie auf den Bildern und bietet Platz für vier Erwachsene und ein Kind. Ausgestattet ist sie mit sämtlichen notwendigen Haushaltsgeräten, da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes leben die Eltern des Vermieters, welche sehr freundlich sind. Leider kam aufgrund der Sprachbarriere keine wirkliches Gespräch zu Stande ;-) Die Lage ist optimal, da das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen ist, die Fernstraße in Nord-Süd-Richtung allerdings in ca. 2 Minuten erreichbar ist. Bis Split sind es etwa 15 Minuten. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeot wieder buchen! Vielen Dank noch einmal an Zoran - der uns jederzeit per Mail zur Verfügung stand und wertvolle Tipps gegeben hat - und an seine Familie!
