Fully furnished for fun island living, the 2 level home features 10 foot ceilings with ceiling fans in a spacious setting with 3 bedrooms, 1/bedroom/family room, and 4 baths. It sleeps 8 in beds but in a pinch with a chair bed and a sofa bed, could sleep 10. Perfect for generational families, providing semi independent two living areas; with 2BRs, 2BAs, LR, KT upstairs and 2BR, 2BAs, LR, Kitchenette downstairs. Both levels have flat screen tv's with DISH network. The property also features three outdoor spaces. Across the street is almost 13 miles of enchanting beach. Within 5 minutes are four challenging golf courses. And also close by is historic downtown Fernandina Beach and waterfront featuring restaurants, bars, antique shops and beautiful historic buildings. Boating, fishing, horseback riding, nature trails, bike paths are all also close by.

Great return stay

This is our second consecutive year at Plentywater and there is a reason for that. The house is great, large and with all amenities needed. Easy access to the rest of the island and the beach as well and this year we made use of the garage, which was wonderful. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

PTP Girls Trip

This house was so spacious for the 8 of us. Great location to our event on Main Beach and easy access to the beach. We did encounter a few issues and have recommendations. Not enough bath towels and poor quality, water fixtures are backwards making it difficult to get hot water in most of the bathroom showers, kitchen needs to be reorganized, more pillows and extra blankets would be nice and the sofa is extremely uncomfortable.

Great experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our staying at this property. The home was very spacious and we loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked which we appreciated because we cook most of our meals in. Location was very nice, literally across the street from the beach and only 10 minutes from downtown.

Pleasant Stay for our Family of 6

Lots of room with plenty of sleeping areas with clean, fresh sheets and nice privacy for the family. Didn't find info packet about the townhouse until right before we left -- unable to use the hall bathroom shower because we could never get warm water -- the info about how to make it work was in the packet by the TV (we didn't watch much TV)! Location was good for access to public beach. If you have a large SUV, parking can be a little tight -- we were in Suburban XL and could not get in the garage. Our contact, Carlton, was extremely responsive and answered all messages very promptly.

Crazy visit but still fun!

We loved the house. Peek of ocean view but beach right across street. A great location on the island. We had several problems arise beyond the owners control, but he was in touch with us throughout the ordeal and took care of us at the end. A great interaction with the owner, all of us seniors still had a great time. The townhouse is very spacious. We could have had a little more instructions on the TV, but are not really to tech savy?

What an amazing house !!

What a wonderful home.. just so spacious and easy for a big family with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ..a wonderful great great living room and easy access to the ocean and even a great tiki bar next door ha we'll be back again this place was amazing ....I loved the decorating and the furniture tastfully done!

It was easy to secure this property, arrive and enjoy. Check out was seamless. Manager was nice to let us in early. Well appointed, great location and great balconies for the breeze. Appreciated all the beach toys and towels, too!

Great beach weekend

Our family enjoyed our long weekend at the beach. The house was clean and spacious. It was a short walk across the street to the beach, and the beach chairs/toys were in good condition. The central location was great with easy access to shopping and restaurants.

Comfortable stay with extended family

Overall positive. Locks on entry are tricky. Plenty of parking. Super spacious inside and well equipped home including brand new outdoor grill. Location is noisy but quick walk to beach. Outside of building needs cleaning and attention to both porches in that there were active bees nests.

Spacious & comfortable beach home

The home is very spacious with 4 very large bedrooms with comfortable beds and 4 very spacious bathrooms. The main living room, dining area and kitchen all in a very open space with all windowed doors making it bright & comfortable & easy to cook for a family. The kitchen is very well stocked with dish ware & bake ware as we even cooked our Thanksgiving meal there! The beach is very wide & beautiful just across the street. The house is well stocked with beach chairs & beach towels and a Weber charcoal grill that produced great steaks! The Surf restaurant right next door had great food and live entertainment. We would stay at the home again as Fernandina Beach and the historic town were also enjoyable. Fort Clinch was also a nice place to visit and hike. Excellent stay!
