4th Year, Another Great Stay!

It was our 4th year staying at this property. The apartment is the perfect size for our 4 person family, it is always clean, the pool is the backup plan for a rough ocean, and best of all, the location is perfect!

Fantastic stay

This was a great base for our recent trip to Rehoboth! The condo is clean and comfortable and has everything you need at an affordable price. Having beach chairs was fantastic! The location is terrific. Bike or walk everywhere! The pool was relaxing and not crowded. Jean was extremely quick to respond to any question and provided lots of helpful information!

Spacious and comfortable condo with a pool

Loved that condo had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was spacious and comfortable. An added feature is that there is a pool. The only criticism is that this condo is on 3 Rd floor and has no elevator. If that fact was included in description, I missed it. We are 2 70 ish year olds and carrying luggage up and down was a challenge. was mentioned in description

Girls Trip!!

We had a wonderful girls weekend trip. The location was convenient to the beach, Tanger outlets, coffee shops and restaurants. Enjoyed Rehoboth and Bethany beach. Beach traffic was unavoidable in June but we found it easier to head to the beach by 9 am to get breakfast and close parking. Jean was responsive to my inquiries and provided great recommendations for places to go. Condo is tucked away so it was a peaceful stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely comeback again.

Great Location

Loved our long weekend stay. Plenty of room for us and the kids (used the sofa bed). Easy walk to the boardwalk and just avoiding all the bumper to bumper traffic and parking headaches was bliss. Youngest child also spent half the time in complex pool which wasn’t busy even on a holiday weekend.

Girls Weekend

6 adult women had a great time in Henlopen Station. It was a bit farther walk than we were expecting but easy and manageable. We went to the beach and boardwalk one day and then stayed at the community pool another day, which was beautiful! The condo worked out well for us; kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were clean with good showers.

As always, a great stay!

This is our 3rd time renting this property. The property is perfectly located next to a great brewery (Revelation), the best coffee and bakery in Rehoboth (High Point), and the pool is the contingency for a rough surf. Really a great place to stay!

Nice place near the beach!

The place was very nice to stay at! Personally, we thought the beds were firm as we like plush beds, but that's a personal preference. The place was clean with plenty of space to stretch out; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The place was about a mile+ from the beach, so we walked a couple times to save money from parking! Thanks for offering the place to rent!

Great Place!

Jean’s place was the absolute best decision we made for our family vacation. It’s exactly as described, clean, and has the essentials. I loved the little things that were also in the condo such as a toddler potty seat and stool. The distance to the beach is as easy as a bike ride, car ride or walk. I wouldn’t recommend the DART bus as this was nearly impossible to find anywhere near the condo. Bikes were the best, fastest and cheapest way to spend time at the beach. The pool was amazing and we used it plenty. Jean was super responsive. We couldn’t have asked for better. I highly recommend and we hope to be back!

Perfect for us

Rehobeth is hopping in July. we appreciated how close to the beach the property was but the mile or two separation meant a quiet relaxing condo with a pool for winding down. Especially with kids 6 and 8 it was the best of both worlds.

I'm a native Marylander and while life has taken me to many beaches east and west, Rehoboth is still my go-to place any time of the year! My family has made many happy memories here and we hope yours does too!

Why they chose this property

Rated among the top beach towns in the U.S., Rehoboth Beach is my favorite getaway place. The town itself is quaint, yet modern, friendly, yet sophisticated and has a charm all its own. What a place to make memories! An easy drive from any locale along the mid-Atlantic region, this was always the go-to place when my kids were little when we had a few days (or weeks) to skip town. I love spending a few days here with the girlfriends too! There is something fun to do ANY TIME of the year here!

What makes this property unique

We were so lucky to nab one of the best kept secrets in Rehoboth in this quiet community tucked behind the busy main street. You'll love the privacy and convenience. We always find a fabulous cup of coffee and pastries a few steps from the condo at our fave local coffee shop, "The Point". And I never miss a chance to sample one of the latest microbrews at "Dogfish Head". The food is outrageously tasty too. It's a short walk to a wooded playground for the kiddies, next to the Rehoboth Beach Museum. And the breakfast burritos at "Rise Up" (across the way) are amazing! You'll love our little community where guests enjoy friendly neighbors and true Rehoboth hospitality any time of the year!
