Stylish and modern, you will enjoy amenities and comfort in this dazzling home. Open concept kitchen with Quartz counters and island. Fireplaced living room to snuggle up for a movie. The expansive yard is perfect for star-gazing from the hammock, laying out in the sun, or watching the sunset over dinner on the patio. NOW WITH FIRE PIT & GRILL!
The space
We have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 Queen beds, 1 Bunk Bed (Twin size bed on top, Full size bed on the bottom). And the sleeper sofa, which can be converted from a couch to a bed, to sleep one additional person.
Guest access
You will have the entire house and backyard to yourself. 4 cars maximum between the 1-car garage and driveway. No street parking on Sanborn Dr.
