The apartment is spacious, comfortable, oceanfront balcony, 2 comfortable rooms with ocean views, bathrooms in each room, equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer. The Palmetto Building has: Mini Market, Adult and Child Pool, Restaurant, Gym, Turkish Bath, Beach in front of the building.
The space
Apartment 1803 has a maximum capacity for 6 people. It is located facing the sea with a beautiful view from the balcony and rooms.
The apartment has an air-conditioned dining room, a dining room for 4 people and an additional 2 on the kitchen counter, a sofa bed in the living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen in case you want to cook in the apartment, a work area equipped with a washer, dryer, a laundry room with its hangers and 2 garbage cans, 2 full bathrooms equipped with body towels, your face and for the pool and/or beach, 2 air-conditioned rooms, 1 room with 1 queen bed and 1 single sofa bed, the other room with a double tween bed and a single sofa bed, both rooms with air conditioning, cable TV, closet, safe box, sheets, blankets, on a bed and also a balcony with a living room to enjoy with family and friends of the beautiful view of the city.

It is very important to take into account the requirements that must be presented at the time of registration and/or Check In in the Palmetto building for guests and visitors in the city of Cartagena, to comply with the control entities that govern the tourist establishments in Cartagena:

1. If you are a foreigner you must show your valid passport at the time of check-in and/or check in at the Palmetto building.

2. If you are a foreigner of Venezuelan nationality, you must present at the time of registration and/or check-in in the Palmetto building your current Passport and/or your valid Stay Permit.

3. If you are of Colombian nationality, you must present your Citizenship Card if you are of legal age or your Identity Card and/or Civil Registry if you are a minor, at the time of registration and/or check in in the Palmetto building.

4. Minors must register at the time of check-in with their parents, otherwise the adult in charge of the minor must bring a permit authenticated by the minor's parents authorizing the person accompanying him to register the minor at the time of check-in in the Palmetto building, as a preventive measure for the protection of children.

5. The Palmetto building at the time of registration and/or check in charges $50,000 for the bracelet that you must wear during your entire stay to control the entry of guests to the Palmetto building, the bracelet gives you the right to make use of the common areas of the Palmetto building, this value of $50,000 for the registration is already included in the Cleaning item, no additional charge must be paid upon arrival to the Palmetto building, this value is already included in the USD40 of the Cleaning item.

Visitors to the apartments can enter the hours from 8 am to 9 pm, they can only be in the apartments but they cannot make use of the common areas of the building and up to 4 visitors are accepted at the time in the apartment.

Visitors must register in the Palmetto building and must present their current documentation:
If you are a foreigner, you must present your current Passport and/or Stay Permit.
If you are Colombian you must present your citizenship card if you are of legal age, if you are a minor you must present your identity card and/or birth certificate. If the minor is not accompanied by his or her parents, the adult responsible for the minor must produce an authenticated permit authorizing the minor to be searched by the adult.
