This home sits less than a mile outside of the downtown city limits in an older established residential neighborhood. The neighborhood is multicultural as Greenville is itself. There are some older, established homes in the area as well as many that have been renovated during this recent period of Greenville’s booming growth.

Driving:
Getting around Greenville is easy! If you drive downtown, street parking is free for 2 hours in most locations, there is pay-by-the-hour lots and parking garages, including Richardson Street Garage, West Washington Street Deck, and South Spring Street Garage.
Uber and Lyft are available for an inexpensive rides downtown!
Walking:
The downtown Main St. area of Greenville is very walkable! Make sure to check out the suspension bridge at Falls Park on the Reedy River.
Biking:
Greenville is very bike friendly. The Swamp Rabbit bike trail is a 22 mile paved bike path that runs through downtown & Furman University to Travelers Rest, SC.
