Upscale Accommodations-Down to Earth Price
Privately Owned and Managed Studio Condo rental. Completely remodeled and extremely comfortable and convenient. Upscale accommodations for a down to earth price. Walk to restaurants, bars, theaters, Vons and many area shops + free wifi and Smart TV...No Cable TV. Well behaved pets are always welcome for a small fee.
Additional Fees: Pet's allowed for an additional $75.00 plus tax. Two pet maximum. 50lbs or less. Fee is per stay not per pet or night.
Sorry, no Saturday check in's or checks out. 3 Adults maximum. I cannot host 4 adults at the same time.
Downstairs, sleeps 1-4, Free WiFi, Smart TV..No Cable, Pet Friendly, Fireplace, Free Firewood November to March or until gone whichever comes 1st, Full kitchen, Linen's provided, 3 Jacuzzi's, swimming pool in summer, 2 sauna's, 2 onsite laundry facilities. Multi-day deals during off-season. Note: During Winter months the exterior of the condo will be blocked with boards to keep the deck and wood pile snow free. This will limit the amount of natural light.
Access is to entire studio condo and onsite amenities.
Myself, or my house cleaners are available during your stay. Instructions and phone numbers are listed on the condo instructions.
Green line shuttle stop (winter only) is right in front of the complex. Red line is a 5 minute walk away on Old Mammoth Road. All Mammoth shuttles are free and run daily.
This is an older condo complex and as was custom with 70's construction, the walls are thin. If guests are in the condo above, noise can be heard. If you are sensitive to noise and apartment living, I recommend to book in a newer building, or read the guest reviews to see how previous guests feel about the accommodation.

I am a self employed general contractor located in the Bay Area. Originally from Orange County, I spent quite a bit of time seeking high Alpine adventures in Mammoth. I love the Eastern Sierra and I am there as much as time permits.
Why they chose this property
I have rented and stayed at Mountain Shadows for six years prior to buying D7. I found it to be extremely convenient and close to everything you could want. I love the aspect of being able to drive into town, go shopping, check into the condo and never have to get in the car again until it's time to leave. Especially in the winter during one of those famous Mammoth Dumps!
When I started visiting Mammoth in the 80's, I was hooked. Mammoth has everything and more to offer the outdoor enthusiast as well as casual vacationers. You could spend 5 lifetimes here and never see it all!
