This home was perfect for me and my little family. Stores and restaurants near by, nice neighborhood and friendly environment. Check in and out process was easy and the host was responsive and timely. I would definitely come back if I’m ever in the Denton area in the future.
The home was nice and clean, close to everything we wanted to do. The pictures of the backyard and the room with the pool table were a bit misleading. Also there was nothing in the way of condiments or ice, salt and pepper...we had to buy everything, then throw it all away when we left. I know the owners do not have to privide these things, it is just that all the other places we have stayed did.
Home was clean and comfortable. We did not really use the home for anything but to sleep but they had a nice size TV and pool table and nice size kitchen.
Honestly the house was in a nice area and it was a cute place, but there was almost no hot water. There was 7 of us staying there for my friends wedding and we couldn’t get through one shower with enough hot water. I did reach out but I was also busy being in the wedding that I didn’t see the reply about getting someone out to fix it. It says hot tub but it’s really a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, we all brought swimsuits so I think it needs to be reworded so that it’s more accurate. I’d stay again because it was in a good location, as long as they get the water fixed
The house was nice was a little bit concerned on how well it was cleaned when we found a dirty sock under the dresser. The other thing that was a concern was we saw little worms in the house and with the infant that was concerning, there was only one dish pod left to wash dishes so if we had planned to cook, we would only have been able to wash one time and then we would’ve had to go and purchase something to wash the dishes and that could’ve been that my fault because I didn’t look at what all was included I didn’t notice if it said it would have things like that to clean, even though there were instructions to put the dishes in the dishwasher when you left and not knowing the location it was in a neighborhood and there was quite a bit of traffic all through the night and you could also hear train and made it difficult to fall asleep. It was not terribly bad because it met my purpose of being able to spend time with my niece.
Location is good, checkin was a breeze, minus 1 star for being unable to get the bath tub drain to stay down and for some questionable breaks in the front bedroom window. Everything else about this property was fine. Beds very comfy. Just minor issues with the water pressure/temp in showers and the tub drain.
Ist and for most the house was cleaner than any rental I have stayed in and very much appreciated. The owner is very responsive and never had to wait for them to get back to us.
Unfortunately the AC was not working correctly and we spent the 1st night pretty warm. The owner had someone out the same day to fix the ac but we ended up spending the whole day out due to the warmth in the house. The only thing I was not aware of when choosing the rental was that the house is unlevel and not all the doors closed, including the guest bathroom. If I was aware I may have not chosen to rent.
That being said I may consider renting it again due to how clean and responsive the owners are.
My daughter and her best friend are starting college together and staying here provided both families the chance to hang out, reminisce, and go through all the emotions together. We enjoyed having that time together and making new memories.
Everyone had a comfy bed and the place was nice and cool upon our arrival. Not many games except puzzles. We should have brought some to play with the kids. They did love the pool table, swingset and we even played a game of soccer in the yard. Nice to get to have the whole family in a nice house.
We loved the house! It was perfect! Owner are super nice! Grand kids loved the back yard would definitely stay again!!

Surprised
The inside of the home was just as the pictures showed. It was spacious and the pool table was a plus. The beds were comfortable. It was fairly clean but we did find 2 dead roaches. The front and back yard (of weeds only) had not been mowed. However, the biggest surprise was that none of the reviews mentioned the corner lot on a busy thoroughfare or the train whistle 3-4 times during the night! Sleeping was difficult.
Property was found with ease. Parking easy for 4 vehicles. Secured backyard for small children. Space within house was comfortable. Local to event site needed and accessible to local store/gas stations. Only wished we had additional lounging space in living room (on like bean bags or another couch instead of one sectional). There was an additional game room area that had a full couch but was separated as additional space. Still a 5 star rating! Highly recommended.
