This 2,600 Sq. Ft. Mid Century Modern ranch style home offers five stylishly appointed bedrooms with abundant space and privacy between each room.

With multiple lounge areas, outdoor pool, backyard patio, BBQ and much more, it is the perfect house to share with family, a group of friends, or for a business stay.

5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with 6 king beds and a sleeper sofa can accommodate a party of 16.

Large, spacious open floor plan living room and chef's kitchen, two dining areas with additional dining options at the large bar/island. Covered outdoor lounge area including BBQ and pool.

Every bedroom has TVs to keep your whole group entertained, this private residence will cater to all your group/family needs.

- Kitchen - Large, fully equipped Chef’s Kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, oven, food blender, large sink, and complimentary cooking essentials will be provided. From cooking up a five course meal to baking cupcakes for that birthday celebration, the house comes with everything you need to entertain.

- Living space - Includes a large sitting area with comfortable sectional couch seating arrangements, large Roku TV with complimentary Hulu, ESPN+, and Disney+ streaming services. Utilize your own subscription services or use our HDMI cables to connect to all your personal devices. Large sleeper couch is suitable for sleeping two people.

- Master Suite Bedroom #1 - includes a comfortable king sized bed with a full private bathroom. This room has direct access to the outside pool area.

- Bedroom #2 - king sized bed with clean comfortable bed linens. Shared bathroom in hallway.

- Bedroom #3 - king sized bed with clean comfortable bed linens. Shared bathroom in hallway.

- Bedroom #4 - king sized bed with clean comfortable bed linens. Shared bathroom in hallway.

- Master Suite Bedroom #5 - Two king sized beds in a separate wing of the home with full private bathroom and dedicated AC/heat. Outdoor access to the front entryway and also side yard, a short walk to the pool.

- Bathrooms - all bathrooms come equipped with fresh towels and washcloths, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries to complete your stay.

- Laundry - on-site laundry with washer and dryer and complimentary detergents to give you a fresh stay from beginning to end. Additional bedding, towels, and pillows are provided in the hall closet.

- Parking - Driveway parking for 3 cars. No street parking, all cars must park on property.

- BBQ - BBQ Grill and outdoor dining area is fully available for you to enjoy. Please note: propane is not included, if there is gas in the tank you are welcome to use it, but should it run out, all guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tank as needed.

- Pool - Outdoor pool is available all year long. Pool towels are provided for all guests. No pool heating is available at this time.

Check-in time is anytime after 4pm
Check-out time is before 10am
Quiet Hours are from 9pm - 8am. All patio lights and pool equipment will shut down after 9pm.

Main renter must be at least 25 years old.

2 night minimum stay.

Animals are permitted with a pet deposit.

No parties.

No outside guests (may be exceptions on request).

We will assess a $300 penalty for any evidence of smoking inside the home.

Our maintenance crew treats the pool and maintains landscaping weekly and may be present at some point during your stay. We will notify you if they will be arriving on a day that you have booked so that you can expect them. They normally do not stay longer than 15-20 minutes.

Disclosure: for your protection and ours, the property has several exterior cameras in the front and rear yards of the house.
