Guest access:
Enjoy the privacy of our 2nd-floor apartment, there will be access to shared laundry facilities right in the building. The unit is located in the basement, it's a cozy space that gets the job done. The ceilings are a bit low. Alternatively, there is a well-equipped laundromat just an 8 minute walk or a 2 minute drive, located 0.3 miles from the house.

You will also have access to a beautiful backyard shared with other guests on the property. As well as free street parking is available for your convenience.

Other things to note:
Please note, the stairs leading up to the unit are somewhat steep. While they add to the unique charm of the property, we like to mention this to ensure our guests are comfortable and aware.
