Santa Maria is steps away to Beautiful White Sandy Beach. Located on the quiet Southern end of Ft Myers Beach. You will enjoy taking long walks on the beach, swimming in the Gulf, watching the dolphins and amazing sunsets. A vacation you will not forget and want to keep coming ack for more. If you like boating The Fish Tail Marina is next door with affordable rentals. If it is golfing, you love Bonita Fairways (12 miles) Eagle Ridge Golf , Stoneybrook Golf and Tiburon Golf all within 19 miles. Take the Beach Trolley to shopping and dining, it is outside your doorstep and travels up and down Estero Blvd. This south end location is convenient to Bonita Springs, Naples, Sanibel and Captiva. This first floor unit has been newly painted. There are wood floors thru-out with lots of natural sunlight. Very spacious with over 1300 sq ft living area. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a big closet. The third bedroom/den has a full-size bed with a closet. Santa Maria's heated pool is one of the biggest on this end of the beach. .it is private for guests of Santa Maria I & II. The gazebos are around the pool area(are being re-designed) with tables, chairs and BBQ/grills.

Keywords: Great location on Estero Blvd ..Convenient to all beaches, shopping, dining, boating, golfing. Head over to lovers Key for some kayaking, or just nature walk through the trails, or day at the beach. Take a dolphin or sunset boar cruise. Biking the beach or the boulevard to times sq. WOW Margaritaville is AMAZING too visit .

Beach and gulf across the street. Marina next door. Santini plaza next to that. Ice cream, pizza and 6 Restaurants. Plus CVS. You can walk to everything. 😁

Excellent Location

We have vacationed at Ft. Myers Beach for the past 8 Christmas seasons. The easy access to dining at the Santini Plaza & the beach makes this an excellent rental. The pool was another plus. We hope to return soon.

A Great Place to Stay - Our Third Year Here

I would echo all the positive comments below. The pool, easy access to the beach and Lover's Key, and the nearby Santini Plaza are big pluses in our book. We brought an inexpensive king converter kit and made the two twin beds into a king. We had previously rented in December, and wondered if the island would be crowded in February, but it turned out not to be very crowded at all down on this end of the island. Currently driving off the island to the north can be very slow on weekdays due to road construction near the area of the library, so we usually took the southern bridge which goes past Lover's Key. We highly recommend this condo and will be returning next year.

Location Location Location

Five minute walk to: beach, shopping, restraints, marina, and fresh market. The property was very well maintained. My favorite place was the pool it was awesome. Communication with Cindy was very prompt and helpful. The only thing we missed was our king size bed. The Beached Whale was our favorite restaurant. Very good quality for the money. Thanks Cindy.

A Great Place to Stay!

We rented this condo for a Christmas stay with our two daughters, son-in-law and grandson, and it was perfect!! It has everything as described on the website and even exceeded our expectations. It's clean and convenient, and located on a beautiful part of Ft. Myers Beach. (We had rented a few years ago on Sanibel and found that FMB is even nicer, but more reasonably priced.) The pool is fantastic, the beach is nearby, and a mall is steps away with nice restaurants and other amenities. We rented bikes from the really nice folks at the Dolphin Inn and biked a short distance to Lover's Key, which was beautiful. Our daughters rented kayaks next door from "Crazy Woman Kayak" and had an amazing afternoon. For 25 cents, we rode the Trolley to a restaurant on the North end of FMB called Nervous Nellie's. Our vacation was really fabulous, and the condo was comfy - kitchen is small but has everything you need, and we ate several meals on the screened-in lanai. Santa Maria is quiet, but neighbors were friendly and nice. This was great!!

Great vacation place !

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping . Could rent a boat right at the plaza beside the condo. The beach was great and right across the street. Can take the trolley to any place on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

This. Condo was everything the description stated and more.

My husband spent a month here and had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean. We did some of our own cooking and all necessary utensils were provided: dishes, pots and pans, silverware etc. Many restaurants and stores were within walking distance. A trolley is available to get to Publix for groceries if you do not have a car. The entire complex was very clean, including a large heated pool. The beach was only a block away. We especially like the fact that it was very quiet, friendly people, secure building and less traffic than the north end of the beach. We have booked this unit for next March and highly recommend it to people looking for a clean, secure and peaceful place to stay. The owner is friendly and has thoughtfully provided all the necessities we needed for our stay.

Perfect vacation!

My wife and 5 year old child spent a week in this unit and found it to be a perfect place to get away. The unit was spotless and had all of the modern appliances one could ask for. (Kerig coffee machine too!) The Complex is very quiet around there and the people are very friendly. The pool is spotless every day and the water was perfect. The unit also came with a secured storage unit that had lots of beach stuff and pool toys. We always felt very safe anywhere we went no matter the time of day or night. Many resturants within walking distance and the beautiful beach was only a block away. Can't wait to go back next year!

I really love the West coast of Florida. We spend lots of time walking the beach shelling, crabbing and sight-seeing. We are very active love to bike on the beach, renting kayaks and the sunset cruises are awesome. The weather is insanely nice. If you can believe it in the last three years on every trip it never rained the weather is always awesome.

I love Ft Myers Beach I will live here someday!! The condos South End of Beach is an location is awesome...we are so close to many other great beaches. Day trips to Barefoot Beach, Lovers Key, Vanderbilt Beach.. and more... Bonita Springs and Naples a short drive away. We walk to over fish tail marina and rent kayaks. We also rented a pontoon boat for half day $200. So much fun

South End of Beach location. Easy access to Bonita Springs, Naples & RSW. Walks on the beach,watching the sunset and seeing the dolphins The Gulf is truly amazing!
You don't need a car. The trolley that runs up and down Estero Blvd is very convenient you don't need a rental car.
