The neighborhood is so tranquil, yet so close to the action, there just isn't a better location in South Bend, whether that is to catch a game at the Notre Dame Stadium, or a trip with the family - the neighborhood blends and balances for both gateway types effortlessly.
What makes this property unique
Our property isn't just "a place to crash", we created our space with an experience in mind. We know college sports is a big part of the spirit of South Bend, and we wanted to bring that inside. When staying at our property, you'll feel immersed in the glam and prestige a school like Notre Dame holds, whilst still feeling the pulsating energy of night lights when a game is on.
