Beautiful Salt water pool home in a nice neighborhood with no rear neighbors

Relax and enjoy our wonderful Vacation salt water Pool Home conveniently located on Florida's Gulf Coast with many restaurants, stores and amenities, only a few minutes away.

Our home is fully air conditioned for your comfort. The Master Bedroom with private bath and double vanity overlooks the wonderful pool area via sliding glass doors. The 2nd Bedroom includes a queen size bed, while the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, all in total sleeping six (6) comfortably.

Our large spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook overlooks the private pool through sliding glass doors and creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. While lounging on the lanai by the pool, you will find sun loungers, a seating area for eating and a gas grill for your comfort and convenience.

Our Florida's Gulf Coast Region, also known as the Nature Coast features many local attractions a short drive away. Just to name a few are Weeki Wachee Springs (home of the Mermaids), Buccaneer Bay Water Park, Manatees at Homosassa Springs and Pine Island Beach, all within an approximately 10-15 minutes where you are sure to capture a wonderful sunset or a great day at the beach.

If you would like to venture further from Spring Hill you may be interested in attractions such as Disney World Orlando (approx. 70miles), Busch Gardens Tampa (approx. 50miles), Clearwater Beach (approx. 47miles), Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks (approx. 37miles), and the famous Sam’s Hudson Beach Restaurant (17miles) where watching a beautiful sunset set to live music and good food have been an icon since the 80’s.

Family Vacation Spring Hill

We got to the house at exactly 4pm check-in and the code given by the management team was incorrect. Luckily the owner had a ring camera and talked us through it with his code! We were in the house! The home was very open and spacious and we immediately unpacked and got in the pool! Pool without heat was about 84 degrees and refreshing in the Florida summer heat! We went to Pine Island for a beach day and was surprised how close it was! Also went to Weeki Washee and it was only a 15 min ride! House was stocked with many towels which was nice because kids used a lot of them! The lightning storms in the afternoon were amazing and I took lots of pictures and videos! Check-out time was 11am but the management team showed up at 10am Felt kind of rushed leaving! Thank you for an amazing trip! I would definetly rent this house again!

Spring Hill Pool House

In the 40+ years we have been renting in Florida, the pool and pool area is one of the best! The kitchen was very well equipped and the house was clean. We would stay there again.

Great Stay

I stayed at this property for a month with family. The house was better than I expected. It was super clean and well taken care of. The pool is lovely and heated. The house is well appointed with everything that is needed in the kitchen, all linens and towels. It was well situated to all shopping, Homosassa Springs, Hernando Beach and Weeki Wachee. Disney and Universal are about 2 hours away, but we were there to relax around the pool and check out the local sites. Tampa airport is less than an hour away. I cannot say enough good things about how comfortable I was in this house. I was impressed with the comfort of the beds, the large ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom and how clean everything was when we arrived. The neighbourhood is lovely. I was sorry to leave.

Great little getaway !

We came to town for a wedding at Southern Hills golf course. It was beautiful, as was our stay at the house. We primarily spent our time in the pool area, enjoying the peaceful backyard. I have family in the area, so I will definitely come back here again. Tina made the rental process very easy, and responded very quickly to our questions.

This property was exactly as pictured. The house is well kept and very clean and it provided utilities for a comfortable stay. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the master bedroom bed to a king size bed. Would recommend to family and friends.

Relaxing pool house

We loved the house and pool, swam everyday, watched movies while floating in the pool at night. Very close to tarpon springs/Dunedin/Crystal River. Great places to visit and for food.

Great vacay rental

Nice property, friendly neighbors, well kept, clean, well maintained- hedge trimmer and pool maintenance employees were friendly. Has all necessities! Only complaint was we were unable to use tv in master and twin bedrooms ( May have been operator error) But- with a private pool, who wants to stay inside watching tv??? We found twin beds too firm, the double bed was too soft, but the master bed was just right!!!! Convenient to shopping, restaurants and groceries! Plan to come return next year for a longer visit!

Awesome house!

Great, clean house in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Has a great in ground pool that was very clean and they provided pool floats also. The hosts provided more than enough dishes and plenty of towels. Very spacious and would definitely stay here again!

It was super close to family in the area, which is why we chose it. The house was probably the cleanest verbo we have ever stayed at. The floors & bathrooms & pool, everything made us feel at home. We will be back again & will definitely stay at this house again.

Best VRBO rental we've ever had!

Where to start? This rental is as exactly how it's listed. Even after a day spent at the beach, our kids couldn't wait to get back in the private pool. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with quality cookware; we found plenty of towels and linens. Having access to a garage was a definite plus, especially considering that Hurricane Elsa passed through while we there! Tina answered all our questions in a timely manner, and there was no delay in the return of our safety deposit. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay. Should we vacation in the Tampa area again, we'll definitely be back!

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase a home in Spring Hill because we have always lived a very, laid back lifestyle, and do not enjoy the hustle and bustle of a big city. Spring Hill, however, in addition to being extremely private residentially, also has great places to shop and eat within a very short distance from our home. Also we just love the afternoon sun and gulf coast breezes while sitting on the lanai, and enjoying the pool.
