Great location & a lot of room for everyone

The check in & check out was smooth, great location, and there was a lot of room for the six of us. It's dated but clean and we really enjoyed it and would rent again.

Perfect location

Great for two families. Incredibly quick access to all the local attractions but yet felt like you were miles away tucked into the mountain. Would definitely stay here again

Mother daughter weekend

Needs a lot of tender loving care. All screens in windows are in need of repair. Good cleaning would help. More outside chairs.

Property has good qualities but much needs to be improved

Size and location worked well for our family of 5. There are good qualities but there are problems that management needs to address. The good: Located right by pool. Multiple beds. Good water pressure, including toilets. Plenty of hot water. The bad: Dryer didn’t work for entire stay. Informed management early in the week but never repaired even with multiple follow-ups. Main floor bed frame is broken. Had to wedge pillows under one side to keep bed level. No cookware for oven. No baking sheets, baking dishes, etc. There is only cookware for stovetop. No drain stopper for kitchen sink. Hand towel holders missing. Only backets and screws in wall in all bathrooms.

Needs some TLC

We had a good time but will not stay in another place managed by a company. It was not the same feel as when you stay in someone’s home that they actually visit and stay in. The place needs updates and things fixed. The only welcome gift was a box with a small dish soap bottle, a sponge and a one time use package of dish washer soap. No guest book, no welcome note on how to work the fans or fire place. Pros. Great water pressure and hot water. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a lot of pots and pans for stove top cooking. Well stocked on kitchen tools. Tons of plates and mugs. Cons. The kitchen was small to work in. No baking dishes. No pantry or cabinets to store all the food we brought and bought so it had to sit out in bags on the counter and floor taking up space we needed to work in the kitchen. Would have been nice to see pictures of everything in the kitchen before we arrived. No wine glasses. The upstairs bathroom leaked water into the downstairs bedroom. The basement couch had a weird stain on it. Could have been dog slobber or human bodily fluids. We did not sit on that couch. (Gross) The hot tub did not have chlorine tablets in it which made us question if the water was even clean and how many other people may have used it before us. Carpet needs to be updated. Some walls need to be painted. Ceiling tiles are stained from previous leaks. The whole place needs a deep cleaning, there was dust in lots of places.

Cute cabin

Plenty of room for family of 8. Beds were on the firmer side (which we liked). VERY well stocked kitchen, plenty of pans and utensils to cook meals. Great water pressure in showers and plenty of hot water. Nice large dining table for meals. Small bonus kitchenette in basement. Washer and dryer in unit came in very handy! Large hot tub on lower porch deck Overall comfy rental. Had an issue with the upstairs shower leaking through the kitchen ceiling. Texted Vacasa and was in touch with someone immediately. It wasn't a fix that could be completed while we stayed in the unit but with 2 other full bathrooms, it was only a minor inconvenience. Cabin is dated and could use a little updating and some TLC in areas. Stained ceiling tiles, small amounts of peeling wallpaper, dirty window screens, broken porch railing, pieces broke in main fridge. Overall, quiet area. Many new cabins being built behind this cabin. Will become a much busier area. But what area of Pigeon Forge isn't??
