What a view from the 23rd floor at the Peck Plaza in Daytona Beach Shores. I have owned this condo for 9 years and keep it up. You will not be disappointed. Peck Plaza has tennis, pickle ball, basketball, pool table, ping pong, library, work out equipment, heated pool and hot tub, and a club room. Currently one elevator of two working. No Smoking building. No pets per bylaws and service animals require prior association approval.
