This spacious home is ideal for a family gathering. The 5 bedrooms, large furnished loft and well equipped kitchen offer a variety of spaces for guests to relax, socialize and share meals.
The large 2nd floor loft works as a family room, game room and an additional sleeping option. This room is well stocked with children’s books, toys, games and a coffee bar.
Outside, sit on the furnished front porch enjoying the cool lake breeze and stay to view the beautiful summer sunsets.
The backyard has a large covered patio with grill and table as well as swings around a fire area. Grill your favorite meal and then roast marshmallows for a sweet treat.
When you are ready for sand and water, walk to the neighborhood private sandy beach (accessible by stairs only). Or take a short drive to other beautiful beaches in the area: South Haven’s north and south beaches or Saugatuck’s famous Oval beach (rated by Conde Naste’s travel magazine as one of the 25 best shorelines in the world). Important to note, the neighborhood beach is accessible only by stairs. And depending on water levels and other lake conditions, these steps may not be available. Nearby attractions; Hawkshead links 2.6 miles, South Haven downtown 5 miles, 1st street beach 3.9 miles, Oval beach 15 miles, Cogdale vineyards .8 miles,
