The entire unit is brand new. Located on the second floor with an elevator. It has all new appliances, TV, AC, Kitchen, furniture, blankets, pillows, etc. This unit was professionally decorated. Park Shore Resort is a one-of-a-kind destination with 13 acres of waterways and a 5 minute drive to the beach. The resort offers free Wi-Fi inside and outside the units. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access, racquetball, new pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property.
Conveniently located in walking distance to grocery, restaurant and shopping. Within a mile are some of Naples most beautiful beaches. Our resort is also located near Venetian Village, golf, world-class shopping, Naples Pier, and the Naples Performing Arts Center.
Park Shores will charge you a one time $115 Resort fee that fee is paid directly to the association. This is a ONE TIME per reservation not per person and not per day. The $115 fee covers your entire stay.

Beautiful condo, great location!

Everything about our stay in this condo was spectacular. The condo was beautifully decorated, close to beaches and conveniently located to shopping/restaurants/Publix. The owner was extremely quick to answer any questions we had during the booking process. If we return to Naples, we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful property

We love coming to Park Shore resort. The property is beautiful, the restaurant is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Our condo was very nicely decorated. We had everything we needed, kitchen was well supplied. It was nice to have the basic necessities already there for us.

Family stay

Nice stay for a family that needs beds for 6people and wants to cook, but not amazing. Check in process is problematic and no one was responsive to our last minute needs that involved travel delays. Other things to be aware of: gym is small, hot tub has been out of order for years, long walk to beach (with kids you will have to drive).

40Th Birthday

Our adult children and us, her parents, gathered to celebrate her for a long weekend. we have a condo on the beach but needed extra space for 2 couples. It was the perfect spot for them... clean. cute and convenient to all things in Park Shore. We will for certain use this again for overflow guests.
