Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet 702A is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo with beautiful views of the Gulf from the 7th floor of the 'A' building.

• Access to the balcony from the living room

• 16" tile throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home.

• Washer and dryer in the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed. Please note that there is no door to the bedroom.

• ​There is no cable throughout the unit, you will need to have your own streaming devices.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with lockbox onsite!

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking Passes purchased by the guest at the on-site office: $25 each, limit 2 ***Beginning 9/1/24, parking passes increase to $30 each, as do the boat launch fee.***

• Minimum age to rent is 25.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

*Does not apply to monthly reservations, and some activities are seasonal

Anniversary Getaway

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. This unit was extremely clean and met all of our needs. Our favorite part was just sitting on the balcony enjoying the views. There was prompt and detailed communication from the host regarding our stay which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be planning another trip very soon.

Vacation stay

It was a beautiful place to stay! Great view, easy access to the beach. Also only a couple minutes from the public beach. It was a perfect size for having 2 small kids and my husband and myself. I would recommend to anyone wanting to go to the gulf shores! Beautiful pool as well.

This condo was exactly as described. Nice kitchen, good view of beach, plenty of towels and sheets, very clean. We would definable stay here again. The only complaint was that the coffee maker could probably be replaced.

Awesome place!

Stayed for a few days, great area, quiet but close enough to the beachy parties. Great view of the beach! The people were nice! The only thing that needs to change, the bed. It was uncomfortable, but would 1000% stay again!

Cozy but comfortable

Although it's almost 40 years old, we found the Surf and Racket Club to be a well-cared-for facility. The on-site staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Unit 702a, a one bedroom unit, is small (we called it cozy), but it's an efficient layout and has a great balcony overlooking the Gulf. I wouldn't describe it as luxurious, but it was reasonably priced for our 2-month stay. With more comfortable furniture, we would give it a 5-Star rating.

Great week of vacation!!!!

The condo was great. It was the perfect place for me and my girlfriend to get away for the week. The property has a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and is only a short walk from the beach. The location is fantastic. it’s close enough to the beach bars and other attractions that getting to any of them is no hassle but it’s far enough away that the beach across from the property isn’t to crowded. I would 100 percent come back to this condo and have already suggested it to some of my family.

Amazing Condo Experience

I don't feel like the reviews on this place do it justice. Before you walk into the place, you see a view of the Gulf. Once you are inside, you go to the patio and there is a spectacular view of the ocean. The place was extremely clean and the kitchen was nice sized. I would definitely come back here. It slept 2 comfortably.

Great Location

Everything was as described. The only thing was the balcony. There were some cracks in the tile, and it moved a little when you walked on it. The only other thing I would suggest to the owners is to make sure there are clean sheets on the pull out sofa. There was sand in the sheets. Other than that, everything was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and Quiet Location in Gulf Shores

This property has everything you need for a lovely, relaxing time on the beach - walking, bike riding, fishing, shelling , kite flying and reading your favorite book on the shores of the the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This area has a lot to offer for food, shopping and things to do. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. You can watch the sun rise and set while drinking your favorite beverage. The decor seems to have been recently updated. I found the bed and sofa very comfortable. The Itrip staff in Orange Beach were professional, friendly, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. They certainly make your trip planning and stay more enjoyable. Thank you for a memorable winter vacation in Alabama!

Beach trip 2022

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Everyone was super sweet. The pool area was so fun. We enjoyed the room, but the furniture wasn’t as nice as we had hoped. Our 2 year old, slept on the couch pullout. It was described as 4 people could sleep in the condo we rented. I don’t think it would be ideal for 4 people even for older kids. The couch was very uncomfortable. We used all the available pillows for him to sleep on it. Other than that, we really liked it, and we can’t wait to be back next year.

Very clean

My daughter and I had a nice stay. The condo is small, but fine for just the two of us. Upon arrival we noticed it was very clean. It also has a nice view of the gulf from the balcony. The only thing I would change is that the silverware needs replaced. The stove also is not great. I cooked pancakes on the lowest level and set the smoke detector off. The burners are not level either so when cooking it was hard to make sure everything cooked evenly. The dishwasher also did not clean very well. I ran the dishwasher and then realized there was food still on the dishes so I had to rewash them by hand. Other then the kitchen issues we liked to condo. Good location. Great beach.
