2 bed 3 bath condo in Mammoth near town and Eagle lodge. Easy access to bike trails, public transportation. 2 queen beds with in suite full baths, also inflatable queen can be used in Living Room with has a bathroom & shower. New appliances, Washer/Dryer, and a New 3 person Spa in condo as well! Sleeps 4 easily, 6 with the inflatable.

Perfect for small family

Great location, quiet but easy access and short drive to Eagle/Canyon and shops. Heat works well, which can be hit or miss in Mammoth condos. The hot tub was a big hit with the family. Kitchen has everything you need, and then some. One note: would be great to have a map of the condo complex to mark exactly where this unit is. Getting there at night with some snow after 5 1/2 hr drive makes for a grumpy group of passengers since none of the numbers on the condos are lit or visible from the car.

Spacious and comfortable. The place is well furnished and the kitchen is nicely equipped.
