The Teahouse's trees, space, and privacy provide a much-needed rest from our everyday lives. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed accommodate up to 8 guests in this uniquely quiet neighborhood. In addition to free WIFI, we have added a desk for working vacations. You'll enjoy the ease of finding restaurants, trails, sightseeing, and more. Only a few minutes away from the lake, Big Bear offers skiing and other outdoor activities, as well as shopping, dining, and bar hopping. Whether out in The Village, or cozying up indoors, the Teahouse is sure to offer the getaway you're looking for.

Having been up to Big Big as a kid with my family, my love for this part of the world began and it became a dream of mine to one day have a place in nature. We invested in an opportunity for our children to experience the 4 Seasons, life in a mountain community, and a break with the noise and pace of life at home.
We love our Teahouse, and we want to share the beauty and peace we are overwhelmed with when we bring the family up.
It’s also a great place to be alone with your thoughts. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, safe, and friendly, so you can feel far away, and close enough to civilization if you wanted.
It is our hope that the you leave our Teahouse feeling satisfied and renewed, so much so that you will want to come back again through the years and make memories of your own.
We love our Teahouse, and we want to share the beauty and peace we are overwhelmed with when we bring the family up.

What makes this property unique
Our beautiful, simple gambrel cabin is situated in the midst of a “little forest,” which offers privacy and a variety of nature walks either in front or in the back. There are trees everywhere, so shade and wildlife are abundant. There are a few nests nestled in the interior of a few trees. In Spring, you can hear the excitement of baby birds waiting to feed.
This may not be unique, as you can find that everywhere, however it is a great soundtrack to have with your morning beverage.
