Come home to this bright and sunny space in a quiet well kept neighborhood. Put your feet up after a long day working or playing in and around Minneapolis/St. Paul. This ideally located home is close to everything so you can spend less time in your car and more time relaxing on the patio or in the den with high speed internet and a large smart TV. The second bedroom also serves as a well appointed office; with printer, large desk, ergonomic chair and lots of storage space. Dog park, playground and city wide bike trail are all just steps away from your back door. We are pet friendly and offer off-street parking for two cars. Within minutes of many great restaurants, trails, grocery & other retail. Our area is known for great entertainment; music, visual & performing arts and professional sports teams are reachable by public transportation if you choose. You are only 2 blocks from city bus stop. This is an ideal spot for one or two people looking for a great home in a fabulous location in a remarkable city.

Why they chose this property
I grew up just a couple of blocks from here. The beautiful trees, and nearby parks are just a couple of the reasons I love it. However-location, location, location is my jam. It seems you can get anywhere in the twin cities in less than 30 minutes. There are great restaurants, clubs, grocery stores, services business all within just a few minutes by car; and the neighborhood is filled with sidewalks and bike lanes if you prefer to travel that way.
What makes this property unique
It's small but well appointed. Tons of light and very quiet. It has great outdoor space with a fenced in back yard and a generous front yard. Friendly neighbors and thriving community make it a pleasure to spend time there.
