There is one garage parking space for you. Street parking is also available. Trax is a short 3 block walk away.

INTERNET & STREAMING SERVICES: High speed wireless internet service is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet and television service.
There is no package delivery allowed. There is no smoking or vaping allowed at any time. This includes the parking garage. No gatherings are allowed.

If the cleaning company charges an additional fee due to guest not checking out on time, or leaving the space in a condition that requires extra cleaning services, these charges will be passed along to the guest.

There will be a $200 replacement fee for a missing garage door opener. Please be sure to leave it on the table before you leave.
