The master bedroom (BEDROOM 1) on the main floor offers a king-sized bed, while BEDROOM 2 also features a king-sized bed. Additionally, the living room includes a queen-sized sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

Guest access

◆ Guests have the option of self-check-in using the electronic keypad located at the front door for added convenience.
◆ Access codes for the keypad will be sent to guests within 24 hours of their arrival to ensure a seamless check-in process.
◆ Guests will enjoy exclusive access to their individual units, along with shared access to the laundry room within the building.
◆ Guests should be prepared to climb stairs, as Unit 12 is situated on the top floor of the building. Additionally, the coin-operated laundry room is located on the 2nd floor, requiring guests to navigate a few flights of stairs.
◆ As the property is part of an apartment complex with 12 units, guests may experience occasional noise associated with everyday activities.

◆ Please be aware that guests must navigate some steps to access the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.
◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.
◆ Complimentary amenities provided during your stay include Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more.
◆ Upon your arrival, we offer some essential complimentary items to help you settle in, such as soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags for each bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Please note that these items are not replenished, so you will need to purchase more if needed.
◆ A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

~HOUSE RULES~

✔ Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
✔ Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the home, and the use of recreational drugs on the property is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty.
✔ Parties/events are not permitted, and illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Excessive noise, including loud music, is not allowed after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors' peace and quiet.
✔ The number of guests allowed is limited to those listed in your reservation.
✔ Setting up tents or other structures on the property grounds is not allowed.
✔ Guests are responsible for covering any charges related to damages incurred during their stay or additional cleaning fees if necessary.
Renters may be asked to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
✔ Please refrain from moving furniture to maintain the property's condition.
