Available Aug. 28, 2025! 3-story townhouse near downtown. Fully-equipped overlooks a garden: range, dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage disposal, air fryer, microwave, rice cooker, kettle.
The living room has huge east-facing windows and a balcony to enjoy mountain views. Spacious main bedroom suite has king bed, a desk, and a wall of windows windows with a long east-facing balcony, plus a large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate jetted tub.
Bedroom #2 has a full bed and desk. Bedroom #3 has a twin bed and desk. One of the sofas downstairs is a pullout bed. A second full bathroom is upstairs, plus a half-bath downstairs.
Small fenced back garden off the kitchen
Brand new flooring downstairs, Washer & Dryer downstairs. Oversized double car garage plus storage. Forced air heat/AC. No smoking.

Great location

Walking distance to downtown and private off street parking. The unit was large. Needs a deep clean especially the upstairs carpet. Washer and dryer are small and do not work well. Ok if no other options.

Great location

Walking distance to downtown and private off street parking. The unit was large, however needs a great deal of TLC. Poor lighting in living room, washer and dryer small and did not work well. We went to the laundry mat due to clothes never getting dry, unexpected additional cost. Carpet upstairs needs a professional cleaning ( a number of heavy traffic dirt spots and the perimeter of the carpet is almost black). Appears to be mold under sink in 2nd bath ( decided not to use).We were asked to put the utilities in our name for the duration of the stay. Had to go in person to the city to start and cancel the utilities. Host noted the utilities were approximately 100 a month, ran 220 - 230 with the heat at 60-62 degrees, unexpected additional cost. Moss on the entry stairs and two balconies were slippery when wet. Did not use the balconies. Ants in the kitchen the last three weeks of our stay. Other items but not worth mentioning. Host needs a contact list of local service providers when appliances require service, not the renters obligation.Found a new location for next year.Good Luck!

Comfortable and close to everything

The house was just right for our month in Ashland. Lovely neighborhood and views of the hills, and a quick drive to downtown. Would love to come and stay again!
