This historic craftsman style home located 1 block from Maria Sanchez Lake welcomes you with its graceful rocking chair front porch where you can watch the horse and carriage stroll by.
The house's exterior, seamlessly integrates into the neighborhood's vibrant atmosphere. As you approach, the shade of ancient live oak trees mingle with the salty breeze from nearby Anastasia Island, welcoming you into a world of southern hospitality.
Inside, the interior unfolds with a harmonious blend of historic charm and modern comforts. The foyer is a fun and eclectic place to welcome you and your guests. Throughout the house you will find historic radio casings housing bluetooth speakers for your entertainment. Log on to your own account or use the cell phone provided to play your preferred genre.
The modern kitchen has solid wood cabinets and corian countertops. All appliances, including gas range are new except the refrigerator. The kitchen has dishes, cookware, toaster oven, blender, coffee pot and other daily conveniences. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people as well as a conversation area. This is a terrific area to watch TV, play games, have a cocktail and put together a puzzle while preparing meals together as a family. There is access to the patio table with lit umbrella and gas fire pit area from the kitchen and the Great Room.
All bedrooms are downstairs. There are 2 rooms on each side of the foyer.
At the front of the home is the Green room with a King bed, closet, luggage rack and comfortable automated recliner for reading or a nap.
The Den is across the hall with a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, 2 recliners and cedar storage for the sleeper sofa bedding. This is a wonderful room to unwind at the end of the evening.
On the kitchen side of the stairs are 2 more rooms.
The Blue room has a Queen bed, closet, luggage rack, comfortable automated recliner and a door to the renovated bathroom (completed 2024) that also connects to the hall via a 2nd door.
The Surf room has a double bed and twin bed and an en suite bathroom with zero curb access shower. There is hanging storage in the closet and luggage racks.
The laundry room and powder room are combined. Appliances and plumbing fixtures are new.
The deck at the rear of the house is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. There is a grill, cooler cart, dining for 8, covered seating for 4 with gas fire pit. The 2 vehicle carport is conveniently located by the kitchen door and provides shelter for your bikes, golf cart etc... Marine and garden birds add a soothing soundtrack to the surroundings. The scent of jasmine and citrus trees perfumes the air, inviting residents to unwind and savor the Florida sunshine.

We truly love this quiet area that's a 20 minute walk to all that historic St. Augustine has to offer. We enjoy strolling downtown or riding bikes but it might be better for your group to rent a golf cart at Riberia and King street in order to get around.
All furniture is brand new, the house has been freshly painted inside and out. Please review the welcome binder upon your arrival.
