Our place is small and homey, perfect for a weekend of relaxation or for enjoying the countless outdoor activities the neighbourhood has to offer, such as biking, hiking and skiing to name a few. WiFi and table area (+ the incredible view) make it perfect for working from home!

The terrace is accessible and private to our condo for those who want to spend some time outside.
Our interaction with our guests is up to them. If they wish to talk to us more concerning tips on things to do and see, it will be our pleasure. If our guest prefer minimal interaction, that's cool too!
The neighbourhood has so much to offer in terms of activities, restaurants and outdoor scenery.
Restaurants in the Old Village are just a 5 minute drive, whereas restaurants at the Mountain are 6 minutes away from the condo.
Different hikes and treks are accessible near the condo: Nez de l'Indien (5 minutes away), Mont-Tremblant (6 minutes away), Domaine Saint-Bernard which is perfect for walks and cross-country skiing (15 minutes away), Lac Mercier is also great for a walk around the lake or some cross country skiing (8 minutes away).
The best way to get around is by car. Our condo has one parking spot available for you to leave your car.
In the summertime, you can also get around by bike if you feel like enjoying the outdoors more. You can get to many spots in just 15-20 minutes.
BBQ is only available from May to October
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.
