Only minutes from shopping and restaurants, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area, and courtyard grills. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. Elevators (8 stair steps up to reach elevators) are available. .
