Comfortable & Welcoming Portsmouth NH Home - Heart of the New Hampshire Seacoast
Make yourself at home during your stay in this wonderful Seacoast town. It's a quiet spot, though we're not far from downtown, the exits from the main roadways of the area, groceries and numerous stores, good coffee, open air walks, the seacoast, Kittery shopping outlets, and more. Three bedrooms each with queen beds and a family room at the rear of the house with a queen pull out sofa. Linens and towels and amenities provided. Washer and dryer. Wifi and TV's with Amazon Fire TV Stick. If you know the Seacoast you know it will be nice to be out and about. If you have to work for some or much of the time there's a great spot to do that in the family room at the rear of the house.

Three of us from Raleigh NC went to NH on a golf trip. Found this property on VRBO and were thoroughly pleased with the process and location. If back in the are we will definitely stay here again.
Our son and grandsons utilized this home during a large gathering for a family wedding. There were many events to attend, so they didn't have a need to use the kitchen.
Overall it was decent. Mattresses could have been better. Bathroom fan in the larger bathroom didn't work which was annoying. Enjoyed it overall.
Our stay at Larry’s house in Portsmouth, NH was unfortunately unplanned after my mother was hospitalized 2 hours from home. After a week of takeout and hotel stays, we found this beautiful house. The convenient location, a kitchen to cook in, and a place to clear our heads while surrounded by family and friends was an absolute godsend. Larry communicated wonderfully, even when we requested a last minute extension. The house was stocked with everything we needed, the neighborhood was safe and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better no matter what your reason for travel is!
Location was perfect for our trips to Maine. Ample space in the house. Understanding the home was older, I wish the electricity was updated to handle devices.
We enjoyed our stay at this location. The house sits in a neighborhood that has walkable streets. Within minutes to downtown and local stores. Our grandchildren enjoyed seeing the baby rabbits that live somewhere in the yard. You don’t get that in a hotel.
This is a great place to stay, it is spacious and has a nice yard for your dog. The only downfall was it does not have central air - just window units and not in bedrooms. So bedrooms were very hot. The carpet in bedrooms and family rooms is very old and stained - really should be replaced to give guests a cleaner feeling. The bathrooms were fairly redone and clean. Great location - easy drive to downtown and beach.
Perfect for our family to gather for a family wedding. Easy access to downtown Portsmouth and to Rye for all the festivities. Lovely kitchen with great amenities. Spacious living room to gather and connect. Bathrooms well stocked. I appreciated all the Kleenex boxes. We are a family with allergies and this really was noticed. Fans in each room. Great place.
The property, although not within easy walking distance of much, is located a very short drive from downtown Portsmouth and attractions. The house was nicely set up, had ample room to enjoy, and all of the house amenities needed. Would recommend!
